When we arrived a young girl who was clearly flustered took our order. We thought for the Ā£30+ as a birthday treat was an ok price. However, even after googling to check, my husbands blue light card was refused even though on Google it says itās accepted. We sat and waited. Another customer came in and tried several times to order his pizzas and she was constantly answering phones and cutting him off. Not one person from the back came to help her as she was clearly overwhelmed. The poor guy took over 10 minutes to even get spoken to! He ordered two Ā£11.99 pizzas, wedges and a bottle of fanta, with a coupon! It came to nearly Ā£45! He questioned why so much when the pizzas were only Ā£24! She couldnāt give an answer as to why wedges and pop was and extra Ā£20+ with a money off voucher š¤¦š»āāļø He walked out and quite right! Poor service and extortionate prices. We came up to get our order and it was wrong, no garlic bread. Oh Iāll do that for you now. No leave it, not paying anymore than we already have thanks. From such a reputable company. We are hard working (in hospitality) normal people who just expect to be treated with respect not argued with for no reason. I asked for cash back, and offered driver to return tomorrow with the correct change, for him to 'find' another £1 in his car, to tell me that this was all he had.
