Bukhara — Restaurant in Leeds

I have a cold and am not feeling very well tonight and the only thing I could tolerate was a biryani, so I ordered in for my mom and me.

We ordered 2x lamb biryanis, a lamb madras, and a peshwari naan.

Unfortunately, the restaurant called to let me know they’d run out of lamb for the biryanis, but the gentleman on the phone was so polite and accommodating. He offered a swap to either chicken or veggie, and I opted for the chicken—on the condition that it wouldn’t be dry like so many chicken biryanis. He assured me it wouldn’t be, alright it was a little!

Over all, the food was absolutely delicious. The chicken biryani was moist and full of flavour, the lamb in the madras was incredibly tender and succulent, and the naan was fresh and perfectly sweet. Oh and we received free onion bhajis which were crispy and so tasty.

We had a wonderful evening meal with friends at this restaurant. The menu is fantastic, offering something for everyone. Whether you’re into curries or just want a quick bite, they’ve got you covered with great gourmet burgers and tantalising steak meals. We went with a variety of curry dishes, mostly on our waiter’s recommendation, and they were absolutely delicious with generous portions. Buffet taste was average and they dont have any unique or special buffet dish, they dont have menu for buffet and keep on changing dishes every week and they dont upload their buffet menu their website or social media accounts, on requesting Manager to upload menu on their website so the customer coming from far away get to know what they gonna eat, he said come here and see Manu if you like then eat, if you dont like then dont eat.
