New inn, you wonderful place. Today I had a good friend tell me that she came to your establishment today. You may remember her, she may have been wearing a strange yukky colour (red) and she asked for the Liverpool game to be put on instead of the almighty whites game. First off I must apologise on behalf of my friend for even asking such a disgraceful question. I wish I could blame some sort of intoxication for this or maybe a head injury, but no, this actually happened and I’m so sorry. If your doing the Otley run stay well away from this place. Terrible service and staff seem to think its OK to swear at customers. I understand they get busy but a friend asked a question about where they stand at the bar to be served only to be shouted and swore at by moment of staff (disgusting language used) what more is that said member of staff then proceeded to serve people she clearly knew over a long queue of people waiting. ok pub but diabolical service on food and quality. steaks arrived and had to go ask for condiments and cutlery after waiting. sauces ordered with steaks came 10 minutes after. food was cold. grilled vine tomatoes came straight out of the fridge. tikka madala banquet came as a teaspoon of curry and baking was soggy and not cooked on the inside. Monday night. nobody in so no other food orders. got a refund for the curry with apologies. have eaten in this pub over many years but I have to say it...
