Complete joke of a dominos chain restaurant.

I ordered two large pizzas at 10:30PM on a Wednesday night, and whether it was due to the chef rushing to close and go home or some other reason, one of my pizzas was completely botched.

I asked for a hamburger pizza with a few amendments; no gherkins, no burger sauce, mushrooms and extra cheese. What I got was a default burger pizza with no amendments made, with the onions being barely chopped. Massive chunks of onion, bigger than both of my thumbs combined laid flat on the mess that this branch excused for a Domino's pizza.

Before leaving this review, I tried to get ahold of this branch and get a re-delivery. I spoke to a gentleman named "Raj," whom I've had to call three different, separate times. First, to arrange the re-delivery, the second time (An hour and a half later,) because Raj, for some God forsaken reason assumed that I "didn't want the pizza immediately." The "replacement pizza" that was delivered was small. The ones that I ordered the previous evening, and paid 20£ each for, were large. I called Raj for the third time, kindly enquiring whether or not he was in fact, simply taking the piss. He let me know that he "told me it'd be a small" and that this was all that he could do (which is not true, because I've had entire orders redelivered out of courtesy when Domino's messed up in the past)

There is a reason why this branch of Domino's pizza has so many low reviews.

Never experienced such bad service in my life. Order said it had been delivered when it had not, so I gave it 10 minutes to see if it would show up. I ring up the shop and tell them and they say they have tried to ring me and I have not given the right number, so I asked why would the driver not come and knock on my door or ring the bell, he said we can not do that as it is a flat (baring in mind it is a house, with 2 flats, so he would have only had to ring 2 bells). He also mentioned how I did not give the correct address as I did not put my flat number, baring in mind on the Dominos app it physically does not give you the choice to choose which flat I am in. He at this point is screaming down the phone to me calling me a liar, I asked him to just deliver the pizza again. The delivery driver comes and I asked why he did not ring the bell, he looked confused so I asked if it was him who did the previous delivery, he lied and said no then changed his story telling me that he had rang both bells and no one came down and rang my phone, which is a lie as my bell is very loud and would have not been heard. I asked him why he just lied to me and also why they lied about me putting the wrong phone number, which they rang the second time they came despite me not giving them the number again. The pizza was stone cold and the service was disgusting the driver and im assuming manager should be fired, as screaming and lying to a customer is...

Absolutely awful dominos branch, ordered a couple of pizzas etc for a quick tea as I had to do a hospital pick up. Pizza arrived quick, but when I opened the box both pizzas were hard as rock, over done, dry, no pizza sauce. Totally edible. I called the branch up, spoke to a rude member of staff who said”the pizza is fine” I said no it’s not it’s un edible therefore I want a refund. He wasn’t interested, I asked to speak with a manager, manager came on, rude, said the same thing, refused to give me a refund. Kept arguing with me, I said I am in a rush as I need to collect my husband from the hospital. He could clearly hear within my voice how distressed this was making me. He said I was lying the pizza was fine. Absolutely disgusting. I have submitted two complaints via the online complaints form. No response received from dominos. Absolutely shameful behaviour. If you fancy a pizza do not order from this branch. I wish I had ordered...
