First time there a week ago and I came with lots of luggages in my hand. I just want to spend a short time there and want to have a try on their coffee. I think I came at the right moment, he might be the manager or owner as he was alone and he knows what he was talking about. I didn't bring my coffee equipment to Leeds, so I was looking for a ground coffee but coincidentally they only have the beans (which I prefer most if only if I have my own grinder). I asked his recommendation and I said that I just want to know their coffee and would love to taste. So he served me an espresso and it was beautiful. Great coffee taste, the balance of the fruity and chocolate taste was just great! I bought the coffee beans rightaway and just gambled whether my new place will have a temporary grinder and coffee pot ( I am very lucky as it turned out they have). The best thing came as I want to paid for the cup of coffee, he just gave me a free cup as he loves to see me appreciate the coffee.
This is what coffee is! Not only you could taste great beans from around the world, but you meet good people also in their working place. Since then I drank and made this coffee in many ratios, it's just a great coffee, so difficult to get failed on make a great cup! Enjoyed the coffee everytime, and for sure will stack my coffee stock with their product. And their coffee beans are organic and responsibly sourced, these is more positive thing to consider on buying coffee...
