Never shopped in this shop before and we’ll definitely be back. We believed customer service was becoming a thing of the past, not in this store. They couldn’t do enough; we waited a few minutes for a lady to come from another shop to alter a ladies blazer arms length . We was asked by at least 2 different members of staff if we’d like a drink whilst we waited and even though the cost to alter the arms was a little more than they thought they never passed the extra cost on to us. amazing! Been in here quite regularly, amazing customer service as usual and they aren’t expecting or pushing you to buy. Used this store since September since moving to university, always helped me with what I’ve wanted to buy. If not they’ve always ordered everything in.

I feel like this store is different to many other Ralph Lauren (Full price) stores and the employees are much more knowledgeable and helpful.

Although i was just enquiring about suits the staff at the store made me.feel welcomed. I was made in a polite manner to sit down on their very comfy leather chair whilst Idriez went to get me a couple of suits.

Sadly they didnt have what i was looking for but showed me what else i could do. And even by getting his ipad told me how the store could be involved in get the right suit for me. Will certainly visit...
