I will not be ordering food from Franco's again. I waited almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered and when the food finally came he apologized but didn't have the right amount of change and so had to take my 20 pound note and go to the local shop to get the 10 pound note. Ignore some of the older reviews from when the establishment was run by different people, Francos now are the absolute boys. The blokes make the effort to know you and your face and will go as far to remember your order. Aside from the customer service you will not find a better value pizza in Leeds, especially when collecting. Defo a pizza id be more than happy to pay double for, proper stone-baked rather than the doughy mess you get at other places, very inventive...

Order came 20 minutes late, order was also incorrect and not what I've ordered and food was cold. Ordered BBQ burger which came without BBQ on it and BBQ chicken which hasn't even came. Contacted Francos Pizzeria and they did not bother delivering the BBQ chicken burger which they have completely missed as they said "it's busy" (not an excuse).
