Mistreci — Restaurant in Leeds

A few weeks ago, I ordered a Pork Gyros Wrap and specifically requested no chips, but it was delivered with chips anyway. This was disappointing, especially considering my girlfriend has dietary restrictions. I gave them a negative rating for this. Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered the same wrap, again requesting no chips. However, my order was cancelled.

When I called the restaurant, the person I spoke to rudely informed me that they cancelled my order because of my previous negative rating. When I pointed out that this situation would upset anyone, he dismissively said it wasn't his problem. After such impolite treatment, I informed him I would leave a proper negative review. To my disbelief, he arrogantly responded that I was free to do so because he now had my number. This behaviour is unacceptable. Why should I face threats for expecting decent service after such a poor experience? What is he planning to do with my number? This level of customer service is absolutely...

An unexpected stop here during the Otley Run, being out of season, fortunate to get a table in the window to be quite entertained during a sit in meal. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and great with offering gluten-free options. Food was tasty, cheap, and plentiful - students take note -and they definitely deserve a lot of business on this busy corner. A bit chilly sitting inside with the door left open, and while the have a loo downstairs, you might need abseiling equipment to get up and down the stairs… Enjoyed the visit, would certainly go again to try the other dishes. I don’t normally write reviews but this is my absolute favourite restaurant ever! We have ordered a few times but haven’t been able to find on Uber for a while recently- I have no idea why but I am SO GLAD I have found it this evening and that it is still available on Uber - Ordered straight away and was going to even order separately as my partner wanted pizza - but no need, they even do pizza !! 10/10 recommend!
