Greggs — Restaurant in Leeds

Just ordered on Uber Eats earlier I ordered a Caramel Ice Latte a Glazed Ring Doughnut and a pack of Gregg's own salt vinegar crisps .... Instead of the glazed I got a jam filled doughnut, which I didn't want, or I may have chosen it. Uber Eats app did not specify that Gregg's team members had deliberately/ and intentionally given me this replacement if they did not have the stock .... Therefore I am left to assume that it was just a disastrous mistake and somebody in your shop just squinted at the order maybe peeking through their hands for fun to make it difficult to read my ticket I don't know maybe they just thought "a doughnut is a doughnut" I don't know, all I know is it ruined my treat, I've left the doughnut outside with a post it note on it because I didn't want it and lucky for me Uber Eats app immediately refunded the item to me. Maybe staff need to learn to read.... I don't know.... Also the syrup for the coffee tastes a bit off like it's been left open and the milk isn't great quality either crisps were half okay that's about it never...

Ordered a meal from the app. Ordering experience was perfect through app and the staff was spot on to get it ready and it was ready by the scheduled collection time. Both girls who is working on new year 2025 day been very friendly especially the one who served me is very good person who served with friendly manner and with a smile. Ty w store looked clean, however the condiments section could be a little bit better clean ( no complaints just a scope of doing bit more)

A star less for baguette fillings, which i felt was not up to the mark. Latte was good in a good fancy colourful cup on the new year day.

Once again credits to the good staff working there on new year...

So I walked in to Greggs based in Kirkstall Guys called: Joe and Darren was very welcoming and kind. I had very hard and horrible day at work, and just needed coffee, and probably some kind words although they were close to finishing their shift. But they acknowledged and served me immediately, was very chatty , happy guys! Always smiling not only they were very kind, but by good gesture I got big coffee after my horrible day at work ! Couldn’t believe it! They are diamonds not because of the free coffee, but how attentive, caring and polite they were.
