I recently visited Jollibee in Leeds City Centre and had an amazing experience! The restaurant embodies the values of customer focus, spirit of family and fun, humility to listen and learn, integrity, and speed with excellence. Firstly, the customer service was exceptional. One server, in particular, Mr.Kunal stood out as he was incredibly attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He was friendly, engaging, and even took the time to chat with me and take a picture together. It was clear that he genuinely cared about my experience at the restaurant and that customer satisfaction was a top priority. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, creating a sense of family and fun. The staff had a positive attitude towards themselves, each other, and their customers, which made for a pleasant dining experience. It was evident that the staff enjoyed working together and had a strong sense of teamwork. The restaurant also demonstrated humility to listen and learn by valuing feedback and acknowledging mistakes. The staff seemed open to constructive criticism and willing to make improvements where necessary to ensure that customers are always satisfied. Finally, the restaurant delivered with speed and excellence. Despite the busy nature of the location, the staff set challenging objectives and executed with urgency and quality, ensuring that customers received their food promptly and with great taste. Overall, I would highly recommend Jollibee to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The restaurant’s values are embodied by its staff, who consistently deliver on their promises of taste, value, and experience. I look forward to...
Read moreDine in last night didn't get a good experience. I came around 9:35pm and saw it was still busy. I am surprised the self service machines for ordering has been turned off so had no choice but to order at the counter. So I lined up and wait for my turn. The screen for order numbers are quite a lot so had a second thought of backing out. Really surprised on a Monday closed to closing time is getting busy and people are still coming in while I'm waiting for my turn. The lady at the counter took my order then gave my receipt and wait for number to be called. Approximately it was 9:45pm after I got order taken. I waited almost 1/2 my number in the screen disappeared so I came to the counter and ask why is number no longer showing? Then a male team member says there is no gravy (I actually ordered extra gravy) then walked away and carried on doing something else. So the lady who took my order gave me a gravy which came from another customer who didn't need it. I told her what should I do with this gravy if I don't have the rest of the food I ordered? So she started working on my food (3pcs chicken rice meal). She gave extra rice and extra sauces which I didn't really need. Got my food around 10:10pm. As I sat down to eat quick because I only have 30minutes break from work, the 3 pcs chicken was so dry, and mixed spicy chicken(why is it mixed? What if I have intolerance with it or a certain customer has it?). I feel really sad and terrible for your team. Waited for long time, not getting what you ordered. Where is your standards here? I see your team struggling and lacks of organisations. Also feedback on chicken pcs combinations could do more thighs and legs. I am looking forward to hearing...
Read moreThis is the first time I have been to Jolliebee ever. The first impression of the restaurant is very good, well decorated and clean.
The self service machine is not very easy to use. When I have added my order into the basket, I have accidentally sent the order to the kitchen straight away before I can check what is being ordered. Usually you have a chance to check the order before finalising the transaction. I couldnt cancel and reorder. Then I ordered my drink at the counter instead to avoid confusion.
My order has been prepared literally in 30 seconds which was good. But the downside is when I ordered my drink at the counter, despite the cashier shouted the order, there were 3 people just chatting in the kitchen plus another person just filled up the her own drink. The cashier has to make the drink for me. I am thankful for the cashier's swift service, I just felt it is not very efficient service. May be I am wrong but it is my perception as a customer.
The Jolly Spegetti I ordered was good, tasted just like typical East Asian fast food Spegetti Bonognese. Also had 2 pieces of Chicken Joy, it was okay. But I find the price is relatively high for a simple small portion of Spegetti (£4.39) and two pieces of chicken (£4.49). I would give them credit for giving me a whole wing and a drumstick which are the best for Asians. In KFC, you can get 3 pieces of chicken for £4.19. You make your own judgement about the price.
The overall dinning experience is good, may be just need a few changes. But unless it comes out with something different or make their prices more attractive, I would not make a trip especially...
