It was a terrible experience that ruined our children's expectations last night. They asked for bubble tea, and we walked 15-20 minutes to this shop. We waited for 30 minutes for our turn, even though there were only 4 people in front of us. Finally, we understood the reason - they had sold out of all bubble tea. My children then chose a strawberry drink, but that was also sold out. There was only one cashier, and we ended up having to choose 2 mango drinks. To make matters worse, my card payment was declined because the machine was out of paper. I had to pay in cash and was asked for the exact amount of ÂŁ11.80 because they couldn't give change. And that's not all. We asked for no ice or very little ice for the children, but we received drinks full of minced ice. The flavour also didnât impress me. Both drinks ended up in the bin as soon as we left the shop. By the time we were waiting for our drinks to be made, other customers arrived and faced the same situations. The manager should inform customers at the front door about what is sold out and what is still available. It was a poor experience for us and for the queue last night. I have never tried bubble tea here, and after this experience, I donât think I will give this place...

On Sunday at 18:05, I made and an order on the app and was instantly told me order was ready, and when I went to pick it up I waited for ages until a girl finally told me they cancelled my order and it would be refunded; there was no offer for a free replacement and she said I could order another one. When I went to order another one the price went up by ÂŁ1 and when I finally received my order there was way less fruit in it then usual.
The store didnât change my order status to cancelled on the app and it says I have to ring for a refund. Another customer had their order cancelled and was told to wait 3-5 days. Itâs now been 6 days and I tried calling again today, as the phone call kept hanging up when I rang two days ago. Twice Iâve been told they will look into my refund, and they would call me back. But I still havenât received a call back...

update: at the store the manager said he has already proceed my refund, however, the money was still taken out of my bank the next day. I called to the store and ask and was told repeatedly âyour money will be in your bank 3-5 daysâ .
