McDonald's — Restaurant in Leeds

I live just around the corner so me and my family use this restaurant quite a bit. Staff tend to be fine with adults but I've found they are EXTREMELY rude to teenagers even when it's definitely not necessary, the foods usually cold but don't expect much from fast food places anyway and we never eat in as the tables and around them are always dirty and not properly cleaned. Went in here tonight with my mum to grab something to eat as we didn't want to cook and my mum (who is a fussy eater anyway) ordered a fish finger happy meal as she is ill with her kidney and this is what she usually gets if she doesn't want something big. The fish fingers were very brown and greasy just looking at them but when my mum bit in to it she said it was slimy and tasted off. My mum's not a confrotational person especially when she's ill but she took the bag of GONE OFF fish fingers over to the lady cleaning the bin and told her what was wrong with them politely and quietly as she didn't want to cause a scene in front of young children. The staff member then got very rude with my mum asking her what my mum expected her to do and asking if she wanted fresh fish fingers. My mum didn't want anymore gone off food so she said no she wanted her to tell the manager so little kids don't get food poisoning. The lady then took them in to the back and started EATING the fish fingers and glaring at my mum. My mum was absolutely humiliated and livid at how she had been treat by a member of staff so we finished the rest of our food which was average whilst being death glared by the staff and then left. Never in my entire life have I been to a fast food chain and met such rude and childish staff, I am genuinely appalled. you're running a McDonald's not a bloody five star restaurant so speak to your customers with some respect rather than acting like your above them. I received absolutely disgusting service this afternoon. Visited this restaurant at lunchtime, I placed my order via the kiosk where I ordered a medium bacon double cheeseburger meal with orange juice, i also ordered extras on my burger such as extra onion, extra mustard and extra pickle. I went to the counter and asked one of the staff to make sure my order was hot, as they have an habit of serving cold food. After waiting 15 minutes, I received my order. I ate my my fries, which were ok, I then started eating my burger, had noticed that my extras that I had asked for were not on my burger so I took the burger back to the counter and explained this to one of the managers, she seemed ok with me at the time. She came back with my burger and I looked inside to see if my extras were there, again they weren’t and asked again, unfortunately due to my frustration, i accidentally knocked over my drink, she told me she would get me another drink. She came back again with my burger and drink, again I checked my burger and again I could not see the extra mustard, she was adamant that talk the extras were there and walked away leaving me to finish my lunch. Just before I left, I thought I would thank her for looking after me, I wish I never bothered as her reply was “you’re not getting served in here again as you was rude to me.” I was not rude, I was frustrated and annoyed as my order was not right. I contacted their head office to make a complaint, they apologised for their poor customer service and have recorded my complaint which should be forwarded to whoever is in charge. I went back to restaurant to speak with the restaurant manager, surprise surprise she was not available, or was told that so she didn’t have to see me. I waited to speak with her however after 10 minutes of waiting, I gave up and walked away. I am still hoping to speak with the restaurant manager as my side of the story has not...

Poor Service offers delivery on Just eat lying they will deliver it at a certain time only to make you wait an hour before you eventually have to call them, they don’t call you about the situation, to then go ahead and let you know they’re unable to deliver it as they don’t have enough delivery drivers still after 50 minutes of waiting for your food. If you can’t do a job right don’t do it at all especially offering something your unable to provide fortunately there’s still other actual decent takeaways that provide an excellent service, unlike that done by Guiseley McDonalds where you have to make the manager understand in order to get an apology out of them. It’s not on! Your out of order and need to sort your business out by refining it like metal meaning you need to place more pressure on your staff to work out which metal is worth keeping and which is lower grade material. In essence your a terrible company anyhow nothing you do is sustainable or Organic and you haven’t yet thought of the possibilities clearly of helping anyone truly within society, but you will once you start providing people the quality they deserve as in service and food or mark my words in 10 years time you...
