Ordered online through their website. Order was completely wrong on arri al. Rang the restaurant, after speaking to 3 people their attitude was basically its my fault the order is incorrect because I didn't check the food when it arrived. I couldn't as I have covid and had to send my child to the door to collect the order, but shouldn't have to check anyway as the onus is on the restaurant to provide the correct food as ordered. The manager then tried to say the food sent was correct but they had changed the menu and so substituted kofta for kebabs, without saying anything to the customer about the substitution, and that only the burger was missing. But that was not true as the 2 starters ordered which were stuffed vine leaves and babaganoush had turned up as chicken wings and humus. Also my older son is gluten free and can't eat a kebab in bread of any kind. The website said nothing about any sort of bread with anything I ordered other than the missing burger, which was intentional (older son and I don't eat bread). The only thing correct in the order was halloumi which was clap cold and squeaked against my other son's teeth when he ate it. He asked me to try it, it was disgusting. I asked for a refund but was told they wouldn't give one as we'd had the order (of £42 spent the only thing correct was the vile cold halloumi). After a long argument with the manager I threatened trading standards and was offered a replacement for some of the order and to keep the incorrect items. I would at this point have preferred a full refund. They could have had the incorrect delivery back in full minus two halloumi sticks but they refused to even consider giving a refund. I conceded as the only choice they gave was stick with the same order or be given 3 replacement items. They sent the burger, which my younger son said was OK but nothing special, with fries which he said were soggy. The only decent thing about the whole experience was that my son said the delivery driver was more polite than most. I CERTAINLY will NEVER order from them again. Food was incorrect, late, unappetising and cold, and the customer service was absolutely chronic. Pic of incorrect starters that arrived versus what was ordered. Plus one main with the plainest most boring rice ever seen floating around in a giant takeaway tin. I was quite excited when I saw the size of the box, but very disappointed once I looked inside. I might have felt differently had it reflected what i ordered, or the description on the website been accurate, or had the 3 members of staff been ready to accept their mistake and be more helpful. The waitress was very rude and the service was dreadful. We were told to choose our own seats then was told we couldn't sit where we chose even though the sun was in our eyes in the empty 2 person table.

When our food arrived, one of the orders was wrong ( salad came instead of a stew as a side dish). The chicken that was grilled had no flavour and tasted as though it had nor been seasoned at all as well as the lamb dish being both flavourless and dry. We tried to call over our waitress multiple times however she did not come over once to see how we were not did she respond to us asking her to come over.

We then had to track down a other waitress to explain our issue in which she provided a pot of seasoning for the meat which didn't add much flavour but was appreciated. When the mains came out, the starter plates were not taken away; we had to move them ourselves to make space for the other dishes which we definitely could not have done if we had sat where they were expecting us to.

We asked for a jug of tap water 3 times before someone finally brought it over. Asked for the bill twice before getting up and asking. When stood up, the waitress looked at us, ignored us and walked around us without responding or asking if we were okay. We had to get up again to a different waitress who already said she would bring over the bill but didn't for 15 minutes.

This service was horrible and so asked to speak to the manager in regards to this. As he was out, his wife came up to us instead with an aggressive attitude to ask what is wrong without introducing herself. We explained the situation and was told no compensation can be given for the service but a discount can be given for the bland chicken and wrong order.

About 5 minutes after, the official manager came in and asked us about our experience and came across as though he wanted to help. He was kind and understanding and assured us that the staff would be spoken to. He helped fix the chicken and provided us with complementary Turkish tea and Turkish delight.

When a different waitress in a black top brought our tea, she also cleared up the table and asked if we enjoyed the food. She was very helpful and I can say if she had served us initially, the service would have been much better.

There was no issue with the tea, Turkish delight or the starters (cheese rolls and falafel). The reason 2 stars have been awarded instead of 1 is because of the manager and the food that was not particularly...

A restaurant we have visited many times each time in the hope that it will have got better but each time we visit a worse experience than the one before The sitting area are never clean and the tables have a greasy sticky feel overcome that and a staff who almost every time is new comes to take the order that is explained several times so it's not wrong and then the food comes which the last time we were there a few days ago was the worst it has ever been in terms of how dirty and messy the plate of food was presented to us at which point myself and my husband both of us lost our appetite but we persevered and made best of what was infront of us, to add the couple who run the restaurant are literally so unorganised with the wife being a little humble but the husband who most of the time is the person who brings the food to the customer's and what we witnessed the last time was in between our awful meal a family of 4 kids and 2 couples who were next to us recieved all 4 burgers for the kids which were ment to be chicken burgers turned up as beef burgers and then the staff and the man who owns the restaurant argued that it is what they ordered infornt of whom while the commotion was ongoing his wife said its ok we will get them 2 chicken burgers from next door so obviously from another take away to which her husband said no and made the customer's take what they were given and the adults consumed the burgers leaving the kids without and then there mains were a mess to they were once again complaining saying the order is wrong at which point we got up and left due to the atmosphere. Truly a disastrous restaurant due to the guy who owns and runs the restaurant and the staff who are rude and dismissive a do not have a clue what customer service is and to add the state of the food and presentation and put together a very unorganised and...
