Outrageous customer service, called the place as they had missed an item, the lady was very rude refused to get the missing item sent out to me on top of that she kept overtalking on me and hung up on me she admitted proudly that her attitude stinks and has zero customer service. I called again second time complaining about this lady and the guy threatened to call the police on me as he did not want to admit to his colleagues fault he couldn't get a manager to call me back either saying he can't promise anything. the missing item was chips and the workers go to this extent of being rude and disrespectful to customers . my first and last time ordering from this pathetic place! shows how stingy they are to be so disrepectful towards a customer for a portion of chips imagine if it was a bigger item what would of they done. stingy and unprofessional. shame on the manager for training his workers to such a low standards and poor customer service. Ps: the wings were not even a one star quality...

Every time I think give them another chance everytime they dissapoint, they need to teach there staff phone manners and customer service and some common sense about delivering cold food. Especially when a member of staff has confirmed it was ready and waiting half an hour ago but dosn't get delivered for about 2 hours. Regardless of it being the drivers fault or just eats fault just make sure the food your sending is satisfactory. On past occasions same thing either delivered late or the chicken was under cooked to what the reply has always been "we cook our chicken first and then grill it" so why is it pink from inside? Think we dont know how cooked chicken should look, so then we started asking to have our chicken extra grilled. I’ve been coming to this pepe’s for years now. Used to be my favourite pepe’s and it’s gone massively downhill. All the staff are now different, it seems new and untrained. I have given this Pepe’s multiple chances now over a month or two and everytime the food disappoints. I consistently keep getting served the most dry, overcooked, hard chicken I’ve ever received from any restaurant or takeaway. The quality of the food has plummeted since the rise in prices. I’m always happy to pay good money for good food, but this branch in particular is a massive let down. Will not be back here ever again, despite being regulars. If you want a good pepe’s, go to the one in Batley. They know how to actually cook chicken. And to the owner of the roundhay road branch. Fire your chefs or train them!
