Peperoncino — Restaurant in Leeds

I've ordered food from here many times and except for one time , when the chicken was clearly pink inside, food has been ok. I've ordered food again tonight , and when I started to eat some of it , once again found several pieces of chicken very clearly uncooked again. I called to complain and they said that they would make me more. I asked them if they would deliver it as my small child was asleep. They said it would be a £1 for delivery even though it wasn't my fault but they said the till system worked that way. It wasn't the £1 put principle as I could of ended up with food poisoning. I was charged anyway . A short time later I received a call from the takeaway saying that there was nothing wrong with the chicken and I had eaten some of it and if I ordered another time , I would have to pay for the one I sent back. I have been a regular customer of this takeaway I find this customer service , disgraceful. I would not have returned the food to be replaced by the same if it had been cooked..it was clearly uncooked. So beware if you order from here unless you want...

Well what an experience that was!!

Ordered food as it has always been quality, not this time!! Got to the shop to be told it was cash only (although most people are card only due to COVID) also, not one of the staff eother cooking or serving were wearing masks or gloves. As well as no plastic screen as per government guidelines? Got the food home to find it below standard and items missing. We were given a FREE garlic bread although we had ordered one (might have been a good idea to recommend ordering something different if we qualified for free one). Called the shop back to advice of the issues and my other half was spoken to like rubbish. I re packed the food and took it back to the shop and was told he ' did not have time for this' and proceeded to slam money on the counter. Refunded for the meal and went to Harpos (highly recommend)

Do not visit this food store if you are concerned about COVID or you actually want chicken in you stroganof.

Absolutely shocking!!! Ordered spaghetti bolognese with a garlic cheese bread and side of extra Parmesan Garlic cheese bread okay!! Spaghetti bolognese was the worst ever..It was like it had a whole heap of fiery chilli in it which burnt the roof of my mouth..I couldn’t eat it..the worst Bolognese I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating..even calling it Bolognese is actually giving it some kind of credibility so let’s just call it what it was..a fiery bland chilli mixed with linguine not even the spaghetti part was right..when I phoned to tell them my mouth was on fire the chef tried to blag it by saying he thought I’d ordered it extra hot..then proceeded to say next time I come I’ll get 20% off..like as if he really thinks I’ll be going back there again!! Totally delusional...avoid like the...
