Red Pepper Indian Restaurant & Takeaway — Restaurant in Leeds

First off i want to say is why i gave a 1 star to this place.. is because the manager miah i think, has been giving alot of verbals to another elderly person, i disliked the fact that as a manager his not doing a good customer service as that's the main thing in a restaurant environment. On the other hand Don't get me wrong the food and service was great! The young lad with curly hair is a hard working waiter. including the rest of them. As I've just moved into that area as friends have recommended. i thought i'd try this place as it's nearly 5 star. I do recommend this place as in food wise and the waiters that do a fabulous job. This night was really busy, i think the manager got frustrated or pressured but the service is fast. Thanks to the chefs and everyone in the kitchen, also the delivery drivers as i have ordered a big order to my friends house for a big party. They were quick and the packing was nicely organised and packed. They're a machine!!!! Without these staffs this place would go downhill. Thanks to the chefs and the waiters, ill be coming down to give you all a tip as you deserve it, hopefully next week or some time. Cheers mate No disability parking spaces! Went as a regular for my sons bday on Sunday 1 dec booked table 7 45 pm month ahead rang before arrived All ok went in paid cash for my 10 guests turned up over booked got greedy being Xmas we sat down for meal starter at 915 pm what a joke my son has just ring me as sainsbury. Car park gives 2 hrs free but that should have been ample time for our booked meal at 745pm sit down time And Sainsbury’s has issued a parking fine to my son rang red pepper spoke to owner completely did what I knew he was going to do told me can’t deal with this and out phone down on me very professional and glad you look after regulars and family in otley thankyou red pepper for your fantastic customer service !!!! We went to this restaurant last night for my son's 21st birthday. I have to say the service was not a pleasant experience. The first waiter who took our orders didn't write our side dishes down. Items ordered where clearly forgotten which I had to remind the waiter towards the end of the meal. Starters where ok but not as nice as we have had in the past. My lamb curry was unfortunately very fatty and full of gristle. My son's curry was brought to the table in the frying pan which it was cooked in. Which we found quite odd. 1 side dish between 5 was only served instead of the 3 we ordered. Overall not a pleasant experience. And...
