Venezia pizza — Restaurant in Leeds

Last night we decided on getting a takeaway delivered as me and my partner hadn’t seen each other much over the weekend, we opted to try Venezia pizza as it looked like a good option, bad choice on our part, it came fairly quick as we don’t live far from the restaurant, immediately one of the pizzas we had ordered was wrong, neither of us could eat it as I’m very allergic to pineapple which was one of the toppings, if my partner had eaten it without knowing I could’ve ended up in hospital, we rang up and the guy on the phone basically tried to say he made it and it was correct, it was delivered wrong, which is fine, but then he expected us to go to the restaurant to get the right order, and said they couldn’t refund the delivery money, I get it but it was raining, my partner couldn’t eat until at least 30 minutes after I’d eaten mine and in the time he’d walked to the restaurant and got back, his chips had gone cold too, THE PIZZA MY PARTNER COLLECTED WAS SOAKED BY TIME HE GOT BACK ASWELL AND I HAVE THE PHOTOS. now, you have a delivery driver, YOU delivered the WRONG pizza and that’s not for your customers to rectify, it’s for YOU to sort, you should have asked the driver to collect the wrong pizza or even the whole order and delivered the correct one as it was YOUR FAULT, will not be going here again and if anyone does then you’re silly, will be recommending my friends and family NOT TO GO HERE, I wish we’d read the...

Upon placing my order from Venezia I was hardly expecting a fine dining experience. As a realistic modern gentlemen I understand trying any takeaway for the first time is an event that can be quantified only by food quality and it's subsequent bathroom visits. As the fine delivery gentlemen tardily graced the threshold of my property with his precariously stacked polystyrene palace I graciously received this tower of tuck with a hungry family in tow. This is such a shocking takeaway, I dont know why I go back, well i do because it's only place that is open late and it should be shut down, their services are shocking, I live in a masionette flat, so I phoned to ask if it would be ok for the driver to come upto my door, to be told no, I'm shocked I have no problem with any other takeaway coming to my door, I try to cancel my order and I have to pay half of what I was paying, I'd understand if i did something wrong or i was complaining but i am upset they think they can treat customers like this, I pay for their services, I would highly avoid this place, it's not my 1st bad experience, but will definitely be my last, I wouldn't even...
