Food was lovely, the tables were clean and most of the staff were very friendly.

However, there was one member of staff who was very rude, not only to myself but to other students I went with.

For example, I accidentally gave the wrong table number to the staff that took my order, it was 129 and I accidentally said 126, I’m dyslexic and sometimes get my numbers mixed up.

I was very apologetic about this mix up, and thankfully the tables were right next to each other. However she made sure to let me know, in front of my other course mates, that next time I need to give staff the right number as it makes it really difficult for waiting staff. She was very abrupt and came across really rude.

Another one of my classmates asked for a picture of us all, to which she refused and went on to explain how it was a ‘waste of her time’ despite the fact that she could have just said ‘no’ or ‘sorry I can’t right now’ which would have taken considerably less of her time, but never mind. It wasn’t her job to take a picture, but again a simple ‘no’ would have sufficed.

This member of staff was very rude and confrontational and it was not necessary. Everyone has bad days, I totally emphasise with that, but is it really necessary to make others uncomfortable and feel like an inconvenience when they are just there to buy...

Stay here for a couple off nights hotel very nice but the bedrooms could do with some attention very dated .Shower was awful not powerful enough and couldn’t move the shower hose it was stuck to the wall there was also a bad smell off drains which you could smell more in the bathroom but could smell In the bedroom .The noise from the people in the beer garden was so loud on both days not good if your trying to chill out we had to open the windows because the rooms where so hot .The staff were lovely very friendly and always said hello even the cleaners .The breakfast was ok but felt like like you couldn’t ask for anything else off the menu felt like you could only choose 1 item there was cereals and fruit put out but wasn’t told you could have them you had to just guess ,would have been better if yogurts pastries was there to so you could help yourself instead off feeling guilty for asking for them .Hotel...

Sharing nachos to myself yet again as usual as they are ususally my go to food essential following a heavy day catching cholera from the library ... however on this occasion, the nachos were not up to standard. Not only was I greeted with a smell I would only associate with my dead nans wardrobe but the guacamole tasted like actual ash. Not only was I greeted with the grevience of my dead nan but am also now consuming her corpse ... what a lovely Thursday evening! Jesus Christ would crucify himself yet again this Easter weekend if he was exposed to such...
