Sorry to say but this is the worst pizza hut we have ever been to. Entered the restaurant a waitress called over from somewhere else in the restaurant, take a seat be with you in a minute, we found our own table. We were hoping a member would bring a menu or there would be one in the table ,no such look. Other customers entered , treated by staff, taken to seats ,told what they had to do to order. Sat there for a good 15minutes no sign of a member of staff Gave in and ordered on App. Ordered buffet. Member of staff brought glasses and told us to help ourselves. Had to sit with coats on as it was extremely cold. Went to buffet and looked at the pizza's they were all beige in colour and anaemic. Sat down to eat and soon realised why the pizzas looked as they did they were cold. The only interaction with a member of staff was when she brought the glasses and when we left We couldn't understand why a Pizza hut had only 3 small tables of customers in at 12.30 when ever where else was busy ,we soon understood why. It was dark, freezing and not very welcoming. We love Pizza hut and had gone to Cheshire Oaks for a day out and was really looking forward to trying a restaurant we hadn't been to before as where not from the area, sorry to say we won't be going to the...
Read moreWent today at lunchtime. We did appreciate it was the summer holidays. We were shown to a table and then left…. To figure out that we had to scan a qr code to order, the menu is NOT user friendly and the pizza is good but VERY overpriced £17.99 for an individual pizza (9”)!! The horror. The staff were clearing tables and the meat pizzas were disappearing the fastest from the buffet selection. The woman got huffy with the man who said he was waiting for pepperoni pizza. Don’t get me wrong there were many varieties but you didn’t know what they were really as not in a space that’s labelled (in case you were intolerant or fussy and wanted to know about the toppings) surely it’s obvious that there will be a need for more meat pizzas. The Hawaiian pizza had a glorious amount of pineapple but the ham was sparse. I could see the staff were doing their best but I won’t be in a hurry to return with pizza at those prices. There was also an older couple who couldn’t figure out the qr code and then were told the wifi wasn’t working when they tried to do their best to follow that way of ordering. I’d say pay attention to your older diners they can need a little...
Read moreI recently visited Pizza Hut Cheshire Oaks, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The app was incredibly slow and kept freezing, which resulted in items being removed from my basket. When I attempted to complete my order at the till, I was unexpectedly informed that I couldn't use it, contradicting what the online terms and conditions stated. There were about seven tables, and I noticed that most customers were facing similar issues with the app, which added to the frustration. On top of that, the hygiene standards were concerning. The seats were sticky, the toilets were dirty, and the drink and ice cream areas appeared neglected. Considering the price of the items, the overall value was lacking, especially with minimal service, there were six staff members standing around with little to no engagement with customers. It’s disheartening to see a once well-run establishment in such decline. There needs to be accountability to address these issues. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for...
