Not overly fussed with this place - it's definitely no Nabzys!

I ordered a peri chicken meal for collection, but on arrival it was clear that they had either forgotten about the order or just not received it. Instead they offered up a similar peri chicken meal; to be honest, I wasn't too fussed about the difference, but it's just seemed like they didn't care too much. The chicken itself was okay; I'd put it at average or just below average.

I've also not heard the greatest of things about cleanliness here, and it's food hygiene raiting is currently "awaiting inspection" - probably due to a change in ownership.

I think this place sits in the category of 'bog standard Liverpool takeaways', which isn't too special but does what it says on the tin. But don't mistake that for a 'bog standard Manchester/Birmingham/London takeaway' which would have a little higher standard than this place.

I'd also comment on the fact that a lot of the littering outside and in the neighbouring streets consists of takeaway packaging from here. It's obviously not directly Chesters' fault, but it's not a great look.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ordered our food 1:20 and we're still waiting an hour later so called up and we're told it would be 20 minutes, called again half a hour later and where told it was on the way it arrived at 4am. The food was disgusting as it was cold, soggy and the pizza was missing it's toppings. Half the order was missing even though they charged us full price and the part of the order we did receive was wrong. We called the them up straight away before the delivery man had even left the street to let them know they had gotten the order wrong and part of it was missing as well as to state or disgust with the food we received. Their reply to us was that they couldn't get the delivery driver to turn around and take the food back as they didn't have his number. And that because we received the food they couldn't give us a refund but would send the rest of the order the following day. The staff are arrogant and full of excuses now we have to wait for them to come tomorrow before we can receive any refund. This establishment is appalling and theven service they provide is the worst I...

Let's be completely honest with the food quality from Chester Smithdown.

I've had fried chicken from top places, we're they use fresh chicken from butchers, however the meals here are sub standard

1.Chicken Wings are undercooked and raw red inside. The wings are cheap chicken, as the bone in the middle is black,chewy and slimy.

This indicates older chickens of age 🥵 (pre frozen ready made in bag from dibs)

2.chips were old cold mixed with fresh cooked. 3.pizza had funky smell and taste,chicken was off as we all suffered severe volatile diarrhea all night.

The premises needs good clean from top to bottom including the rear garden where they leave raw food out😶‍🌫️.

We raised these concerns to health safety and food standards agency,as it's the correct moral thing to do. Serving rubbish like this can cause death to person.

Better fried chicken is available just across the road and good quality and...
