Went into store, placed an order, wanted to use the toilet, code on the receipt wasn’t the code to the toilet. Had to ask staff for toilet code. Paid for bottle of water Ā£2.70 wasn’t given the water called store spoke to Aaron ( had audacity to spell his name out to me, as kg I couldn’t spell šŸ™„) who ask me for the details of the receipt. Then gave me a speech about how customer take advantage of store which wasn’t the case. Kept contradicting himself regarding being to have a refund. Then ask me what I wanted him to do, which I stated I wanted a refund which said he cannot do anything so why ask me what I want. Terrible as I class this as theft as I have paid for something I haven’t received which he agreed. Told him I would be contacting head office which he agreed. Which I weren’t asking for his permission. Wanted me to travel over an hour from my house for Ā£2.70 bottle of water. I want a refund for the bottle of water. Perhaps train staff to make sure they have customers orders correctly. It weren’t like they were busy or rushed off their feet. Chips were overly salty, shake was nice but could suck the contents through the straw, Oreo not being blended enough and the cheap quality...

Restaurant is hard to find (it's down the road from Nando's and next door to Costa). The customer service was disappointing. No staff member at the door to greet customers or advise them of how the process works (this was my first time at 5G). I had to go up to the till to ask for service as there were no staff members on the restaurant floor. I placed my order at the till and waited for my order number to be called. The food came quickly which is always good. The food itself was okay, nothing special. The burger and chips were nice enough but I've had better. The milkshake was nice and would have again even though it cost £5.25. The price for the food/milkshake is expensive for what it is as well and given the number of establishments that are similar to 5G, they're pricing themselves out of the competition and to be brutally honest, I've had nicer milkshakes elsewhere for much less. I'll only come to 5G for special occasions and I think I'll go to the other 5G...

I had heard a lot about 5 guys food before and went with my Parents and girlfriend to try this the Burger was amazing though I would say a little over priced for what was there and I could only eat the burgers there as the fries were made using Peanut oil which I am allergic to if ingested which kind of ruined the meal for me as I could only have what I would class as half a meal when going for a burger.

Also the machines where the beverages came out didn't taste all too nice as I ordered a normal coke nothing extra but could taste cherry, apple and other flavours in there which made me leave 3/4s of my drink.

The only thing saving this from being less than a 3 out of 5 was that the burger tasted amazing so if you want an amazing snippet of meal go here if not and want a full meal for someone with nut allergies and a drink that doesn't taste like a mix of the 10 before it go...

Not the best experience and I’m actually quite disappointed as I love a five guys normally. Walked in and the place was so cold we were shivering. Both doors were wide open and it was freezing inside. Everyone was sat down eating with all their coats on including ourselves. Waited 25 minutes for our order when there was about 2 other people. When it came the food went cold within about 5 minutes due to how cold the place was. I ordered a hamburger with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. Out came a cheese burger with bits of onion, mushroom and bacon all over the sides and in the wrapper. They were happy to swap it to my actual order (as I can’t eat that cheese) which was great. However the bun was so so dry, not like your typical five guys burger bun Not a fan at all especially when we paid Ā£30 for 2 burgers, chips and 2 drinks. Will stick to the other five guys stores in future

So for a back cheese burger with chips and a bottomless drink £15,00 Restaurant is clean and service was fast from the time we ordered to the time it was served. Drink was flat had to try 3 different flavours till I found one that was good to drink. The chips where spiced and there was a lot of them for a small. The hamburger, no where close to the hamburger I had in France, this one had a thin bum and was not holding it all together. As for the 2 patties, I think they where dry. Also the garnish was falling out the burger, so I was eating a deconstructed hamburger by the end my meal. And the flavour was like having a BK Hamburger not good for £15.00 this burger does not make it in to my top 10.

Really good veggie burger and tasty but they completely forgot to add mine to the order so I had to go back up to counter when my friends were already eating theirs. I form it ten minutes later but the woman working gave us two free milkshakes. We had already ordered the £3.15 drinks but we tried some and it was Delicious. Pretty expensive for what you get. Mine was £12.15 for veggie burger, regular fries and drink. my friends was £14 for the meat version.
