Son was at liverpool camp and went to the Anfield store. He was so excited and bought his friends some shirts. Unfortunately, given he is 13, the sizes of 2 items were off. I contacted there office only to be told they do not offer return or exchanges, unless the items are faulty. What international store doesn't offer that?! Yes, I then read their policy, but it is outrageous. Customer rep said it would be better to buy new items. Never would I do that now! I feel scammed (even if it is written). They know kids at camp are highly likely they would buy gifts...and they know sizes could be off. They don't offer exchanges hoping people would buy different ones instead...which doesn't make sense :(

Now my son is devastated he wasted a 100 GBP on things his friends won't be getting...And his two friends are devasted they wouldnt be getting what my son had initially bought them from Anfield itself! You should have seen the smile from ear to ear when they first saw the things. So upset to have to see 3 sad kids! And for what! (and he paid 360 British Pounds from the store out of his money :( My son learned a very expensive and upsetting lesson after he was the happiest with his amazing experience in...

We visited the Liverpool store today 15/08/2022 and I was disgusted by the service we received, firstly £270.00 was spent on 3 shirts ( 1 being for a small boy ) a pair of socks and a pair of shorts again for a young boy, extra money was spent for the badges and names, once they were printed I was handed the shirts, the socks and shorts without being given a bag which was prepaid for, after complaining a bag was given. We the proceeded to leave the shop to go and dine, after arriving at the dining place our grandson looked at one of his shirts only to be very upset because the honour badges ( that were paid for ) had NOT been put on the sleeve. I had to leave my dinner and march back across the city centre to sort this issue out and by the time I returned back to the restaurant my food was stone cold. Disgusting service from the Liverpool store, and I have been a life long LFC supporter. I expected better from what was supposed to be a professional outfit, and the store was not that busy. One more thing, the staff allowed an adult male to remove the shirt that he was wearing to have printing put on, very unhygienic and in front of...
