It pains me to put a low review for this place as the staff were super nice and friendly but a group of 4 of us went there on Monday and we were waiting around 50/60 minutes for our food. It was reasonably busy but not absolutely rammed. After about 35 mins, someone came over and acknowledged the wait and offered us a free round of drinks (we'd already ordered more drinks after 20 mins) which we appreciated but we were all so hungry. We also had our car park booked until 13:00 so after we had finally eaten, we didn't have time to do anything else because we had to go back to our car. When the food did come out, they got my order wrong. My boyfriend and I ordered 1 hardy builders butty and 1 schnitz sarnie (our mates ordered 2 builders buttys) but instead we got 4 builders buttys. I didn't say anything at the time because I just needed to eat something and didn't want to wait any longer. The builders butty was nice but the bread had been cut badly so it didn't really have a bottom and the contents of the butty were falling out. It's a shame because I think we'd have loved this place had it not been for the wait and wrong order. I would have appreciated a partial refund too tbh. Hardware Coffee + Kitchen We visited Hardware Coffee + Kitchen for breakfast and had a fantastic experience. Though we had to wait around 20 minutes for a table, it was well worth it. The staff—including the waiters, baristas, and floor manager—were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming.

Food & Drinks We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented: Full English Breakfast – classic and satisfying. Pancakes – light, fluffy, and delicious. Avocado Toast – fresh and well-seasoned. Avocado Toast with Poached Egg – a perfect balance of textures and flavors. Shakshuka – rich, warming, and full of Mediterranean spices.
