Wow! Where should I begin... this was a delightful experience from start to finish! I visited with my family for breakfast. Let's start with the food, my sons ordered a Shakshuka & French Toast, my wife ordered a Spanish Latte and I opted for an espresso. The shakshuka and French Toast were presented beautifully, prepared to perfection and bursting with flavour, highly recommended! My wife really enjoyed the Latte and my espresso was one of the best I have had! I like to try coffee from different places and not impressed very often but this was very good. Although the food was delicious, the real star of the show, we all agreed was definitely the service provided by the lovely young lady called Nedwah, she was absolutely brilliant throughout, what a credit to this establishment! As the restaurant is located on a pedestrian zone in the city centre, and us being from out of town, we couldn't find anywhere to park and decided to call in and get some advice, it was from that moment that we were made to feel special and valued by Nedwah. She guided us to where to park, stayed on the line until we were sorted and took genuine care to make sure, us and our car were safe. Once inside, Nedwah welcomed us into the restaurant with a lovely friendly smile, helped us with our order, and took the time to talk to us like she'd known us forever and made sure everything was perfect. We eat out a fair bit and regularly visit many different restaurants, this level of service is sadly rare these days. This is what made our visit to Haute Dolci Liverpool definitely memorable. Nedwah really understands how to treat customers and has a genuinely friendly personality. Thank you Nedwah, from our family and we hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Walked past this restaurant and decided to dine in because the decor and food looked amazing. We were seated promptly (albeit we were a bit cold by the door but that can’t be helped) and we were told we would receive a physical menu as the qr menus weren’t loading. This took a good few minutes but luckily another staff member got our menus and took our order. Our drinks alone (2 lemonades) took 40 MINUTES from the time of arriving to come to our table, and it was then another 20-30 minutes following that for our food to actually arrive (1 hour waiting in total after ordering). The place seemed quite understaffed and the wait just seemed too much, especially as we only were planning to stay for about 40 minutes at the most for some dinner. We asked a staff member when the food would be coming and when it did arrive, one meal looked fantastic! The other did not have the same standard of presentation that was on the first dish, as well as the meals we had seen on everyone else’s tables so I was a bit disappointed. As a way of apology the staff brought over some dry ice to go along with our food, which did up the presentation, but was a bit confusing as this wasn’t communicated. I understand that this would not happen everytime you eat here, but there is just so much potential for it to run smoothly, at the moment it is unfortunately misleading. Would like to try again at some point though in case it can be better.

I visited this place around 6 PM, and it was quite crowded. Despite the hustle and bustle, Mr. Sajith welcomed me warmly and promptly escorted us to our reserved table. His hospitality set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. I ordered the Matilda Cake, Pistachio Shake, Ferrero Shake, and Lotus Pull Me Cake. Each item was a delight! The Matilda Cake was outstanding—soft, moist, and incredibly delicious. The Pistachio Shake had the perfect nutty flavor and was a refreshing treat, while the Ferrero Shake was rich, creamy, and generously loaded with Ferrero Rocher. The Lotus Pull Me Cake was another favorite—a showstopper with its luscious cream and delightful presentation. What truly stood out was Sajith's impeccable service. He was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. I never had to wait for assistance; he was always readily available whenever I needed anything. His genuine demeanor and excellent customer service skills made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely visit again, not just for the delicious menu but also for Sajith’s outstanding service. It's rare to find such a dedicated and personable staff member, and he truly made the evening special

I took my family there tonight and it absolute rubbish service. Our first issue: We were 6 people and we each got our dessert in different time and by the time the last person got their food, the first person already had all his. The second issue, ice cream was completely melted as food took a while and looked easily like it has been left in the kitchen for some time. Third issue, My sister tried to change the flavour of the ice cream, so it was exactly same dessert and same ice cream portion but she just asked for a different flavour of the ice cream that came with it and we got charged £6 extra on top of the price of the dessert, by the way exactly same size and nothing extra. when we challeneged them, then they removed the xtra charge and they told us we are regular that is why they do it, bear in mind this is the second time we have been there since this place has been opened many many months ago so we are not regular and it is a lie but even they knew it was not right and they removed the extra charge but obviously had to make something up. And the business owner if you are reading this, from a point of view of a customer this is ripping people off and stealing in a way. The fact that we werent event shown the reciept and only when they gave us the price we felt something is wrong should tell you a lot about it. The exprience is far too bad for the...
