McDonald's — Restaurant in Liverpool

I am absolutely appalled with the atrocious service that I experienced here last night! I ordered my meal on one of the self-service machines, so then had to wait to collect it at the desk. However, I was waiting over 10 minutes, as they seemed to have a backlog of orders which was just absolutely ridiculous, I mean call yourselves fast food?! They were just rushing in and out with orders looking stressed all the time, huffing and puffing, no communication whatsoever, which left me feeling really annoyed and mad, and realized that there were actually quite a few orders they were calling out that were being unanswered which just goes to show how incompetent they really are, with lots of customers obviously having left after being fed up waiting! Usually at fast food you get given your meal pretty much straight away, being the whole point of fast food of course, but no, here I was waiting and waiting as I heard a billion order numbers called out but never mine! Luckily I hadn't paid yet so I just left it, as I honestly felt that my order would never come, seeing how awfully run they were with their ridiculous backlog of orders! I just felt really awkward standing there waiting for all that time, and you can't even see the screen properly which says the progress of your order.

They seriously need to get their act together...

This food is horrible and they are bad with allergens and l got allergens to peas chickpeas beans sesame and lentils they’re is only sesame in the 14 common not the others the big buger on the bun has got sesame on the bun l went to McDonald s when l was little and l had chips and l got a bad allergens to peas and l needed the e pen and l went to hospital to because the chips are fine but the chips with cooked with the veggies item with has peas and then is stop I went to McDonald’s again and l got and we checked and it had peas in and l nearly had it so l been having the small buger and the chicken and then got a small buger and a chicken wrap and l had the chicken wrap so l checked the small buger bun and it had peas in and l had it before with peas is it right tell me right now and l got upset and today l went to Mcdanald and checked the chicken wrap and is says it tossed in semsame and l want McDonald’s and the chicken had pea flour in is it right and my cousin wanted mc five and he wanted chicken nuggets and he wanted 4 but the stupid people only give him 3 and it’s it all right...

I visited McDonald's Speke through the drive-through for two McFlurrys on the way home. I couldn't have been more annoyed with the service and then, finally, the food. The attitude on all the staff collectively was terrible. They were all acting as though they were angry at something. We sat at the drivethrough collection window being ignored for what seemed too long for a couple of ice creams. I shouted to the Manager, "excuse me but I think our McFlurrys are sitting there and we've been here a while." We'd been ignored by 4 members of staff before I decided to speak to the manager who just dismissed me. Suddenly, two McFlurrys hit the table at speed, and without any acknowledgement, they were shoved at us through the window with ice-cream dripping down the side. Looking in the tubs was a mess of chocolate and ice-cream that looked like it had been thrown in from a distance. I decided never to visit that "restaurant" again.
