A good experience during the new eat out scheme.

This Nando’s is conveniently located in the city centre, just a walk away from lime street and situated outside the Queen Square bus station so it is very convenient to travel to.

I have been to this Nando’s branch previously and have had a good experience. I was craving a cheeky Nando’s so I decided to eat here for lunch. The current measures require customers to be placed in a queueing system on a website app and tells you which position in the queue you are currently in and approximately how long the wait will be, I waited around 25-30mins. You can go and do other things in the city centre while you wait which is good.

The COVID-19 measures taken place by the staff were great: • Hand sanitiser at the entrance • The staff will give you a discount code to enter in at the checkout on the website which can be found through the QR codes on the tables. • The tables are separated by glass panels for social distancing • The staff will help bring cutlery and any drinks and refills

The service could have been slightly better if the staff noticed that our drinks needed refilling, instead of waiting for them to come over but overall the service was good.

The food was tasty and I took advantage of the eat out scheme which gave me 50% off my meal and drinks.

Overall, the location is great and the COVID-19 measures put in place have been great. Food and staff service was good. I would recommend this restaurant if you want to take advantage of the eat out...

Awful experienced coke machine broken and spurted coke all over my hands and clothes the assistant offered to get me a clean glass on doing so despite the restaurant only having a handful of customers brought me a warm glass for a cold drink! When food arrive had to ask for salt and pepper as none out anywhere the female assistant gave us one sachet of salt and one pepper sachet out of a drawer and my friend explained there was two of us, went to put vinegar on my chips top was broken on vinegar bottle so soaked the chips when I took them to the counter and said what happened the assistant asked would I like a replacement ???? Doh !! While waiting for replacement chips I started on my butterfly chicken I was aghast it was lukewarm and dry as anything when the replacement chips arrived I told assistant the chicken was lukewarm he said would I like to speak to a manager I said yes a lady called Beth came over a few minutes later and apologised and asked if we wanted replacement meals we declined as we didn’t have the time then , it was a truly awful experience, the restaurant wasn’t busy the food was awful the service as bad and definitely overpriced we weren’t offered any refund despite leaving most of the chicken, this place I can’t see staying open much longer as I can’t see people returning we would never go again ever , I usually go to aintree which is worlds apart from Queens Square… very disappointing and completely...

My recent visit to Nando's was nothing short of amazing, and I am thrilled to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and promptly seated in a cozy corner that perfectly set the tone for the evening. The ambiance was lively yet comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I decided to try the classic PERi-PERi chicken, opting for a medium spice level. The chicken was incredibly juicy and infused with that unmistakable Nando's flavor—each bite was a delightful explosion of taste. The sides were equally impressive; the PERi-PERi fries and garlic bread complemented the meal perfectly.

What truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring my glass was never empty and checking in just the right amount. They even recommended a perfect pairing from their drink menu, enhancing my overall dining experience.

To top it off, the manager made a brief visit to our table to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, adding a personal touch that made us feel valued and appreciated. This level of care and attention to detail turned a regular dinner into an extraordinary outing.

I left Nando's not just satisfied but genuinely impressed, and I look forward to my next visit. If you're looking for a place that offers fantastic food and stellar service, Nando's is the place to go. Five...

Thought we would try Nandos after years of seeing queues outside, i honestly dont get the hype at all. We had the boneless platter for £20.30. We arent big fans of spicey food but the chicken was very bland, coleslaw tasted like it had been bought from Asda and expired 3 days ago, then they added some chives to it. Chips were awful, no flavour to them, best thing was peri peri chips thats why they got 1 star. Was hoping dessert would make me realise why the big queues, we ordered the choc pot and Brownie. No choc pot so had 2 Brownies. The Cadburys shop bought box my daughter makes is better. It came cold and lonely because they cant serve it with any type of cream. We had refillable fizzy drinks but without the fizz, they mustve ran out of that too. The place itself seemed clean, staff were all nice enough. The set up due to covid was very good, scan the barcode on the table to order and pay and they bring your food out. There was perspex between every table, staff dont wear masks which doesnt bother me but i did see a couple moan about it. They didnt offer us any condiments but gave them all to the table next to us, when we asked for bbq sauce for the bland chicken and bland chips we were given a bowl suitable for a mouse to feed from. Overall was left disappointed and still hungry because i never ate much of the platter. Just dont get the "cheeky Nandos" hype at all.

What an enjoyable experience we had at this nandos truly the best i’ve been to in the country! We got the family sharing platter with 2 whole chickens and 5 sides along with the 3 starters deal for £73 and it was great value for money. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Toilet was clean and best of all food was so tasty and fresh! Great quality and overall a superb experience. Would recommend for sure.
