Nizams — Restaurant in Liverpool

Best kebbas in south Liverpool not anymore. Just and I mean just had a utterly awful kabab. I ask for the Donna meat to grilled crispy. It wasn't, the nan bread which isn't (a wrap) was cold, they used to put them in the pizza oven to toast a bit and warm through. I ask for chilli, garlic and tahini sauce there was a spattering of chilli, but no tahini and there was a white sauce but it tasted more like sour cream garlic. When I got it home 5 minutes later it was cold. I might give him a second chance but I will be watching them like a hawk if not hopefully I will find a good kebab shop locally to place what was Liverpool's best most...

Im a fair minded person so writing a review is rare for me. As a busy full time single parent business owner and full time uni student some days im pushed for time like this evening. I was hesitant to ring nizams but I just wanted a chicken and lamb kebab. Again for the 5th time my order was wrong, again I rang up to speak with the guy, his attitude stinks, I said is this a way of retaining a loyal customer of 4 years who as I said is fair minded too. We ordered by phone chose to collect we had two chicken kebabs one with doner meat one cheeseburger with salad & garlic mayo all with fries + garlic cheese bread cost £26.00+ got them home to discover all was cold chicken poor quality stringy under flavoured soggy fries burger lacking in salad and dressing needless to say everyone was disappointed most of it went in the bin as this was a treat for our son’s birthday the evening meal was ruined definitely won’t use that dump again only gave one star if I could have given...
