Khan tandoori — Restaurant in Liverpool

Been using khan over the past years food and service was excellent had a break due to Iill health after recovery after months decided to ordered on line as we always did. At 3.15 with a 6.15 delivery got a text to say 15min delay phoned at 6.45 told waiting on driver to return, told then what time I ordered on line was told we don’t open till 4.30 my reply was I know that’s why I ordered online sorry waiting on driver order arrivered at 7pm with. Excuses they were busy told him what time I ordered it at 3.15 and first come first served should be the priority answer was just taste the food it’s amazing it wasn’t, cold tasteless and to top it all wrong bloody order lamb tough as old boots instead of chicken plus halve the portions as it Used to be £30 00 waste of...

Ordered at 6.30 on a Saturday night and was told to pick it up in (about) an hour...maybe 10 minutes more. So i went at 7.45 and they were so busy. Waited about 10 minutes which was fine as they were really busy and doing their best. Food was gorgeous! Like real restaurant food. Peshwari nann bread was delicious as was the sagg aloo, rice and onion bhaji. Main courses were excellent. We got chicken tikka and the chicken was so succulent and huge! Also got chicken silsilla and that was beautiful. We got two meals for 3 and we couldnt eat it all! Excellent place and our new favourite takeaway. Thank you to all the hard working staff at Khan. The food is good but the service is awful had to wait two hours had friends round so was slightly embarrassed as they were starving. It arrived without some of the order and because I ordered online the app didn't have anywhere to request a refund. I rang up and the guy was like I will drop them off and I said I just want a refund as we had eaten he said he would drop the refund off .
