Afraid to say this was a place I wish I didn’t visit. It had been on my list for a while, I’ve been ticking off rooftop bars in London over the years. In the end, we were kindly accommodated without a booking on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy. It was loud. There was an unexpected live singer who, I’m sure is very talented but it felt overbearing at 1pm, and somehow out of sync with the vibe of the bar itself. My mum and I could barely have a conversation it was that bad. Table wasn’t wiped clean when we were seated and it visibly needed it. Menu felt cheap and plasticky, but the prices are of a real quality, high end bar. Happy to pay £19 for a cocktail in a bar that matches that standard, but unfortunately this place felt quite cheap all round. I didn’t have a cocktail in the end. My mum went for a mocktail for £12, she did say it was nice. I had a £5 cappuccino (Illy brand) which was so hot I couldn’t pick up the cup for ages. A cup of tea would have been £6 (!). Fake plastic plants that were dusty. Nice views but honestly, do your research and you’ll find plenty other rooftop bars where the views, prices and quality all align. Sadly this isn’t the case here. On the way out we used the bathroom and, presumably because people were confused by their calling it "powder room" on their proper signage, someone has printed out a "toilet" sign on A4 paper and stuck it on the wall like a piece of kids art with sticky tape - again, I just feel it's a sort of "low end / cutting corners" kind of vibe. Lifts did take a while, as other reviews have noted.

Visited this venue on Saturday evening. The booking checker / security guard at the front desk needs more training. Don’t invite and send people through and then change your mind and and then lie saying you never Invited us to go through and up to the bar. Poor Management, escalated the situation rather than listen and or apologies. The bar / server staff were nice and friendly. Drinks took a bit of time but expected for cocktails. Food - we ordered snacks / lite bites and it was ok. Price - yeah a bit pricy but you are paying for views and the location being in Leicester Square. Views were ok but the outside section is small and crammed with tables and smokers. If you want to take pics you are invading peoples personal space. Toilets were clean and tidy. Lifts - one is small. One larger. Gets a bit busy if a lot of people are leaving but you can always wait although that area gets crowded. Conclusion: Tourist spot, expensive for what it is. Minimum spend when booking. Good views outside but it’s a very small space and crowded.

Avoid at all costs. Management were vile and bullying towards female guests.

Visited on a Saturday evening with my partner, her friend and husband, on arrival we were welcomed and given a table where a waitress come over to take our drinks order, we ordered two beers and two cocktails to start to which the waitress rudely replied “Is that it” and from here I knew this was not the place for us, very much a bottle only establishment. We went outside to admire the view and take a photo and on returning to our table we was asked to leave as we were all too intoxicated, note this would have been the 3rd drink of the evening at around 7ish pm. Less than impressed with this I went to speak with a senior member of the establishment who wasn’t rude to me but didn’t wish to discuss it further so a “manager” came over and said we had to leave after our drinks as we were all too intoxicated despite serving us alcohol and allowing us to drink it. Not one member of our group was drunk or even merry, I suspect that our order for four drinks for ‘only’ £72 wasn’t good enough so we were asked to leave. Myself and the gentleman in attendance went to speak with the door staff to ask if he knew why was was being asked to leave, both door staff were professional and pleasant and stated they just do what they’re asked to however, while speaking with the door staff away from our female guests the manager got extremely aggressive to both females and was trying to move them but we didn’t see this and once we returned to the girls we found them shaken and upset but the manager very cowardly hid away although probably for the best, not looking to ruin our evening we left but on another day or with different people this could have ended very badly. No man should abuse or threaten a woman and especially a manager of the establishment. The manager in question is the rotund Asian Chinese man. While chatting with the door staff about what had happened one of the door staff replied “yeah he’s a twat” and I couldn’t describe him better myself.

Very poor experience with the exception of...

Had a terrible experience here. The only nice things are the view and the cocktails which are overpriced. How can a cocktail be the same price as a steak?! It took 20 mins from us seating for someone to take our drinks order. Following our drinks arriving it took a further 45 minutes for someone to take our food order. The waitress was miserable, never smiled and was not friendly or approachable. When she eventually came to take our food order she said we would have to wait 1 hour 30 mins for food as they were busy with large groups. Surely they would have known the groups were coming so should have prepared for a busy evening. However, it took 50 mins for the food to arrive. I asked for chicken but she told me they had no chicken. Surely when we sat down we should have been told the wait time and what food they didn’t have instead of us being there for over an hour with none of this communicated. We ordered steak, none of the steaks came to our liking in terms of how we like it cooked. It was so chewy, even with a steak knife we were struggling to cut it. There was no flavour and the chips were undercooked. When biting into them they were hard and still frozen in the middle. Once the waitress dumped the food with us she never bothered to come back and see if everything was okay or ask if we wanted another drink even though we were sat there with empty glasses. So many people were complaining about food, service etc that one of the managers had to call security at one point as one group was becoming quite annoyed with the manager. Such a disappointment and wouldn’t recommend. We certainly won’t be visiting again. You get getter food and service at smaller...

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your bar. As a group of five young women enjoying a Friday night out, we encountered a highly disturbing situation that was poorly handled by your staff. We were harassed by a group of visibly intoxicated men who persistently attempted to engage with us despite our clear disinterest. When we entered the lift, these men tried to force their way in. Despite politely requesting they step out due to overcrowding, two of them responded by shouting and spitting in our faces.

In an effort to get assistance, I held the lift door open, hoping the manager and staff would intervene. Shockingly, the manager made eye contact with me but took no action. The men continued to verbally abuse us with derogatory names, and despite our cries for help, no one stepped in to assist. Instead, the manager demanded that we leave the lift, even though we had entered first.

Upon exiting the lift, a hostess mentioned that they had been attempting to remove this group for three hours. It is appalling that the management showed no concern for our safety and failed to offer any form of compensation or support. We spent over £100 at your bar, only to be treated with utter disregard.

I find it unacceptable that a group of drunk men was allowed to harass women right in front of the staff, without any intervention. This experience was utterly distressing and I will never be returning to your establishment. I wish I could leave a 0-star review and receive a refund for the money we spent. For the safety and well-being of future patrons, I urge others to avoid this bar...
