Acton Grill London — Restaurant in London

I ordered from these guys because I thought I was ordering good Halal food from good Muslims.I am a western revert to Islam.However I had to call these guys because the driver couldnt make the delivery to the public building where I work, where the notes said to leave it at reception. The no delivery wasnt an issue, i missed the calls, my fault.The bad service was when I called the restaurant to get it redelivered, and the guy who answered immediately started shouting down the phone, blaming me for the delivery issue, and failing to let me simply ask for a redelivery. Key thing to note, the driver apparently made it in to reception, but didnt ring the buzzer to get my staff, or leave it there as a contactless delivery which I asked for in the first place. Very rude, very unhelpful, very disrespectful, and a bad example to set to a customer and to a new Muslim. I WONT EAT...

I recently ordered two lamb kofta wraps from this place, and I must say it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The lamb kofta was not only cold but had a terrible, off-putting smell that made it inedible. The taste was absolutely dreadful—completely lacking in any flavor, as if the meat was old or improperly stored.

The bread was stale and hard, making it impossible to enjoy the wrap. As for the salad, it was a joke—just a few pieces of onion thrown in with nothing else. There was no freshness, no variety, just bland, sad onions.

This meal was a huge disappointment from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from here if you’re looking for quality food....

If you’re a chicken lover like myself, then you’ll probably enjoy the chicken shish. They cooked it fresh and it was a good portion size and value for money. (8.50 pounds)

My partner got the mixed shish and had lamb and chicken with his rice. Flavour was good and meat was cooked well. Although the lamb was a little fatty. His meal was 12.50 pounds.
