Absolutely Outstanding!
I can confidently say this is the best pizza shop in town! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, making the entire experience feel personal and inviting. The aroma of freshly baked pizza hit me instantly – a sign of the deliciousness to come.
The menu offers a great variety of options, catering to every taste. I ordered the classic Margherita and a speciality meat feast, and both were absolutely divine! The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the toppings were fresh, flavourful, and generously applied. You can tell they use top-quality ingredients.
Not only is the food incredible, but the service is also top-notch. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was piping hot when it arrived. The staff clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows.
I can’t recommend this place enough – whether you’re dining in, taking away, or getting delivery, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

There is a woman who regularly answers the phone and, quite frankly, she has zero customer service skills. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and argumentative—every conversation with her feels like a battle.
Worse still, she seems to make up prices on the spot and gives different information every time you call. There's no consistency, no transparency, and absolutely no professionalism. It's as if she runs the place based on her mood that day.
What’s disappointing is that the other staff members are actually polite, helpful, and seem to understand how to treat customers with respect. It’s just her—and she is single-handedly ruining what could be a decent local pizza spot.
I’m not exaggerating when I say this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food business. That woman should not be dealing with customers, full stop. Until there’s a serious change, I won’t be ordering from here again—and I suggest others think twice...
Read moreI’ve had a few negative experiences with this Tops Pizza branch that have left me really disappointed.
On one occasion, they got my order wrong. When I brought the pizza back with the receipt clearly showing what I ordered I was told I was mistaken. It took some arguing before they finally agreed to refund one. No apology, just resistance.
Another time, I placed a collection order over the phone, went in, paid, and left. A while later, they actually called me accusing me of not paying. I found this really unsettling and borderline humiliating.
I can’t help but feel there may have been an element of racial bias in the way I was treated. The experiences I’ve had here felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
