Went in on Sunday . The restaurant was empty . Just four people sitting in corner . Me and my wife and son. We ordered i food the the most miserable waiter I’ve ever met. He took our order without writing it . I knew from the start he’ll make a mistake , and he did then he blames us we ordered the wrong dish ! My wife and son heard what I ordered . I could see he was the argument type. So I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of my family . So my son said he’ll have it . Food was appalling the prawns weren’t cleaned properly still had the guts in . Then we had to witness them being rude to a gentleman . Asking him to move tables which he did . Two mins later they want to move him to another table. The customer lost his cool ( rightly so ) and called them uneducated Bangladeshi bandors ( monkeys ) who have come to the Uk and managed to open a business without knowing anything about customer service or how to manage a business . At this point we decided to leave . What a shame was hoping to enjoy some quality food and service . I remember in the 90’s there were good restaurants in brick lane . Yet to find a traditional home cooked food place in London that does quality food with good service ....

Tables did not seemed to be cleaned properly, even the menu was a bit sticky.😦
Prices very cheap with some nice deals.
The food was very nice but lack freshness, I noticed everything was being microwaved.
2 mins or less walk from the East London mosque and bus stops very near with Whitechapel station walking distance away.
Large dinning area noticed a large group of 30-35 customers having a party, toilet facilities available.
This place can be such a jem with the correct adjustments, until then personally I will...
