The Hampton by Hilton delivered exactly what I expected for the price—a clean, modern, and well-maintained hotel with good service. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they were perfectly adequate for our needs and comfortable throughout our stay. What truly set this hotel apart were two standout features. First, the location: It's unbeatable for exploring London. Just a 10–15 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and 15–20 minutes from Tower Bridge and the Thames, the hotel is perfectly situated for travelers who enjoy exploring on foot. The Tube station right next door adds a layer of convenience, and being on Brick Lane—famous for its vibrant Bengali and Indian food scene—was a delightful bonus. As avid walkers, my wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better base. Second, the view: We opted to pay a bit extra for a room with a window, and it was well worth it. Located on the 6th floor, our room offered an incredible view that made our stay feel special. The attached photo speaks for itself! The breakfast, while decent, is something to keep in mind. The selection is varied and functional for starting your day, but it’s not the place for foodies seeking gourmet or extravagant options. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and stunning views. It’s a great choice for travelers looking to balance affordability with quality.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton London City during our family trip to London. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for staying with kids. One of the biggest advantages was the hotel’s location—just a short walk from the underground, which made it very easy to reach major tourist attractions around the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I want to especially thank Junaid for his kindness and helpful attitude. He made us feel truly cared for, and his warm service made our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent. Our favorite part was the fresh waffles made by the “waffle master” at the waffle station—they were delicious and a fun treat, especially for the kids. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families. If we visit London again, we’ll definitely come back!

Excellent Stay at Hampton by Hilton, London City We had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton by Hilton, London City. The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it ideal for exploring the city while also conveniently attending an event at the ExCeL Centre. The rooms are clean and large enough for a nice city-stay. The breakfast option was lovely. The buffet was constantly being filled and there were more than enough sweet and savoury options. The staff were friendly and professional, and we would especially like to thank Pranav for his outstanding assistance during our visit. His helpfulness and service at the bar made our stay even more enjoyable. The combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service makes this hotel a great choice. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again in the future!

I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were not only friendly but also extremely efficient in checking me in. The check-in process was smooth, and they even provided me with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch after a long journey. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with a touch of classic charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the premium toiletries, plush towels, and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from freshly baked pastries to hot dishes and healthy choices. I also dined at the restaurant for dinner, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. The menu featured a fantastic selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared with the finest ingredients. The hotel’s location is another great advantage. Situated in the heart of the city, it was within walking distance of major attractions, shopping districts, and transportation links, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself was an oasis of calm, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. The staff at [Hotel Name] went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From arranging transportation to offering helpful recommendations for sightseeing, their attention to detail was exceptional. I also made use of the hotel’s fitness center, which was well-equipped, and I found the spa services to be incredibly relaxing.Overall, I had a wonderful stay at [Hotel Name], and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting [City Name]. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or a special occasion, this hotel provides an outstanding level of comfort, service, and luxury. I will definitely be returning on...

I wish I could give 10 stars. The staff here go above and beyond, and just to solidify what I meant by "above and beyond" - I've stayed at 35-50 Hilton brand hotels around the world, of which 5-10 were Hamptons in 3 different countries, and this one beats them all in customer service and hospitality by a huge margin. Warmth, friendliness, cheerfulness and an eagerness to help runs through the entire reception team, especially Aarna, Vineeth, Savio, Dhaval who we got to interact with a lot during our stay. We stayed here for a week-long work trip with two loud and rambunctious toddlers who were jet lagged and on California time i.e. staying up the night and sleeping through the day. The staff helped us with all our questions, kept the toddlers comfortable and gave us reassuring smiles while we were exhausted and embarrassed by the toddlers' antics. Rooms and hotel amenities appear newly built and in top condition. The situation with connecting rooms for families is better than I've seen anywhere else. Highly recommend the family rooms for larger groups. Space is a bit cramped inside the rooms but that's coming from an American who is used to larger spaces - it may be par for the course for London. Breakfast is decent and right at the quality/quantity you'd expect from a Hampton Inn in the US. They have deals with local sightseeing companies and can help you arrange some tourism within your time and budget limits. Aarna was very resourceful and helped us cram in a quick tour at the very end of an otherwise work-only trip. The location/neighborhood isn't the best - but if you have a non-trivial situation with family/kids/anyone requiring care-giving, or have any special needs with your travel, the staff's helpfulness more than makes up for any issues with...

We stayed in room 602 for 5 nights, there were both positive and negative sides of the hotel and the room: Negative: There was only 1 armchair in the room, whereas the hotel's official website photos there is 1 armchair and 1 chair in the Queen Room. I told the reception and asked for 1 chair. They said that each room has its own design, so it was not possible for them to give us a chair. This is the first time for me such a simple request was rejected in a hotel of this class. My wife's phone charger did not fit the socket, we asked the reception for an adapter, they said they sell it for 12 GBP. We bought the same device from the next street for 6 GBP. But wouldn't it be better if they gave the adapter for free, and if the customer does not return it at check out, they deducted it from the extra 50 GBP they charge at check in? There was not enough variety and taste in the breakfast. Is it normal for a Hilton hotel to have only one type of bread (toast) and only one type of cheese? It was a 3-star hotel breakfast. There were no towel hangers on the walls in the bathroom, there was only one mounted on the shower cabin glass at the bottom of the toilet and we did not want to hang our towels there for hygiene reasons. We were not sure if the air conditioning in the room was working properly, sometimes it was as we wanted and sometimes it was cold. Positive: Our room was quiet, room cleaning was very good The breakfast staff is very good, cleaning is done immediately despite being very crowded, finding an empty table is not a problem The price was reasonable compared to...
