Aligor Restaurant — Restaurant in London

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. we started eating the main (curry) a little while after it had been delivered as we had starters first. But when dishing up the mains found we were missing 2 rice - a key component to a curry. We rang the restaurant explaining our issue, asking if they could maybe send a couple of cobra beers instead as by the time the rice would arrive it would be too late and everyone would have finished. They said no but would send 2 rices, they were not very understanding of the issue and did not offer good customer service. They were not willing to refund the rice either. So we managed to share 1 rice we did have between 3 of us!!! By the time the rice had arrived it was little too late! However the good out of this was that the curry was very tasty. But would not order from again due to bad...

Just had a meal at the Aligor, The food was prompt but quite dissatisfying the starter was the Aligor Special & it was a platter for two and quite frankly if your ordering what the owners deemed authentic Indian & Bangladeshi cuisine I don't expect to see a crispy chicken nugget in amongst the authenticity.

The chicken in the Madras & Jalfrezi we ordered were overcooked and although the sauce in the Jalfrezi was on point, The Madras was v.substandard.

I would also say considering the size of the portions it way overpriced me and my wife are not big eaters but the portions...

my Husband suggested the Aligor a few weeks ago and I said no it's too noisy in there anyway he convinced me so we parked up got a table ordered our food and suddenly a large table of men turned up swearing shouting messing about - the noise level was so bad we didn't bother to talk because we couldn't hear! I ate my chewy lamb madras in haste and got out within 50 mins only to find a £65 parking fine!!!! He should have listened when I said no!!!! Use to like this place but think not ideal for...
