Today is my birthday.. I’m 28 years old and this was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! I cannot believe that a service could be so bad! I usually go out every week at least 2 times to restaurants and I go to different types of kitchens all the time including Turkish. From the beginning everyone was so rude, first of all they put us outside in the cold when everyone else were in. I had to beg them to move us when there were so many tables available inside. After that we ordered starters and after 10 mins we decided we want more starters and they told us you cannot order anymore for some reason I don’t know and we ordered mains, one of the guys couldn’t decide what main he wants and he said can I keep the menu until I decide and they said no. So he couldn’t order a main. He had to go online and to find the menu so he can order. After that the same person ordered a cocktail, the mains came all, we ate and we finished with the food. His cocktail was still not here. We told the girl who we ordered the cocktail to that he still doesn’t have his cocktail after 45 mins and she said I forgot and I will order straight away, I was so upset that my night was ruined and from the nerves and I got fast heartbeat and shaking hands which was so awful that I had to experience this exactly today. The cocktail came in. Finally. All of us sudden even thought I booked the table with special occasion that is my birthday, we here they start singing happy birthday to another table. We asked for the bill and I said that they need to remove the service charge and the manager came in asking why. They never came in for my birthday even thought even when I was confirming the table online I again specified it is my birthday. When I told the manager all of that he didn’t believe us. He said we will remove the service charge but I do not believe any of what you are saying, he was very rude and he was trying to make fun of us. I have never experienced anything like this. I definitely want all my money back. Compensation for the almost heart attack as well. They made me so upset and they ruined my day! I am crying and I am so upset right now, how can they be so rude. This is ridiculous. This is not a one star even but I don’t have option to add review without it. Was I supposed to cry in front of them so the manager can believe me, how could people be so bad, shame for the great place as it looks very lovely. If you check my profile I never do reviews and especially on my birthday to take so long to write a review so upsetting … people you...

Ive been to Hazine 5 times and im use to high level of service, food, presentation. Food is still great, cocktails are spot on and waitress/waiter's friendly but lack cleanliness let's the place down. During covid times hand sanitizer available would be good. Taking my kids to wash they're hands was a shock, the smell was bad possible blocked drain but dirty tissue on the floor, toilet stained brown and dirty gold sink meant no cleaner had seen this place lately. I asked if we could sit in a booth and man in suit said that's not possible but seeing staff members later in a booth chilling was kick in the teeth. I ordered starters and was expecting the usual complementary bread, instead I had to ask for bread. I noticed a long table of 20 chairs beside my table. During my main meal 20 adults turned up. After a few drinks the swearing started and noise reached maximum level. I have 2 kids under 10, the venue is not small so why would youplace family close to adults who you could predict the language you were about to hear. I quickly ate and cut my stay short, asked for the bill and no surprise was charged for the complementary bread, when you spend 5 times between £130-£150 i see very little point charging £1 for bread and not making customers aware of the new charges. This was the restaurant i spoke highly of and my wife asking to go, hopefully you can those high standards...

We recently visited for a family meal and throughly enjoyed ourselves. I booked on the day for an early evening meal, booking was easy online. This is a welcoming family venue and there was children happily seated at the front of the restaurant. There is also a nice seating area to the rear of the restaurant. Although the service was a little slow to start with and they forgot to bring our salad, the venue had a lovely welcoming ambience.

There is a full and extensive menu, but we really wanted to try the steaks. We orderd the Tomahawk steak for two people ( phone first to make sure they have sufficient in the kitchen) and sirloin steaks, all of which was absolutely delicious. Well seasoned and beautifully cooked. The tiger prawns were equally delicious.

We had lovely peppercorn and mushroom sauce and a lively and fresh chmichurri steak sauce.

Sides were mash potato, sweet potato fries, grilled onions, creamy spinach(slightly salty) and a fresh tomato and basil salad with pesto.

The food was cooked really well, i was impressed by the quality of the steaks. Drinks were house rose (Grenache) a very drinkable dry rose, beer and water for the table. This is a great venue which seems to serve top quality well prepared food. It was a lovely evening out and I will definitely be coming again...

This is the new celebration zone on Bexleyheath. I cannot fault the staff. It was a pleasure to spend the evening there. Caution to the manager....you can direct staff without popping up all over the place. Your staff are amazing and clearly love their job...try not to micromanage them. Looking forward to returning.

It’s been such a long time since I’ve dined out and have been genuinely surprised and how satisfying and tasty a meal can be. I ordered the prawn & crab cocktail starter and my friend ordered this sausage and something soup. It was absolutely breath taking, large prawns and crab meat a delicious sauce, a really good portion size as well! My friends soup was served with a good amount of sausage. Mains was also nice, I ordered the mixed kebab and the portion was tiny, (3 small portions of lamb and chicken) was pricey for the size(£20+). The lamb was soft well seasoned and breaking off the bone. The chicken was a bit dry, nice but it needed sauce where as the lamb was enough on its own. My friend ordered a cod and mash which was nice, a good portion of cod was given (the whole fish with no bones so two fillets). We were both stuffed by the end. (Sorry I only recorded a video so the images are snapshots)
