When the lads suggested Café Adda for a night out, I’ll admit, I wasn’t convinced. A café for a hangout? Wasn’t exactly picturing the most banter-filled evening. Oh, how wrong I was. This place isn’t just a café; it’s a vibe.

Let’s start with the decor—think warm, welcoming, and just the right mix of quirky and cozy. And the staff? Absolute legends. They treated us like family, but the kind of family you actually like visiting.

Now, onto the food, aka the real star of the show. We went all in on the starters, and honestly, there wasn’t a weak link in the lineup. Each dish came with its own personality—crisp, spicy, flavorful. But then came the mains, and folks, this is where the magic happened.

The beef khala bhuna? Chef’s kiss. A rich, velvety explosion of flavor with just the right kick of spice to keep you coming back for more. Hands down, the MVP of the night. The beef mezbani was no slouch either—hearty and bold, just as it should be. The Bangladeshi wedding-style roast had a lovely sweetness to it; a touch more spice wouldn’t hurt, but still a solid contender.

And the bhortas? What a revelation. Never thought I’d be waxing poetic about mashed veggies, but here we are. The uri and coriander bhorta? Mind-blowingly good. Who knew coriander could be this cool?

Dessert? Of course. Sweet, satisfying, and paired with a soothing cup of gur chai whipped up by the loveliest lady. The perfect ending to an unexpectedly stellar meal.

In short, Café Adda is a must-visit for anyone craving Bangladeshi home-style cooking with a twist. Whether you’re a Bengali or just a curious foodie, this place will win you over, one flavorful bite at a time....

Went few days back at this place for a brunch with friends. Atmosphere was nice but food quality and servicing weren’t good enough. Specially the service. For example instead of taking the empty plates the lady who was serving us was taking the plates with food that we haven’t fully consumed. Also didn’t even bothered to ask before removing the plates if we’re done or not.

It was a Thursday morning very quiet not like they had lots of customers that for the pressure they couldn’t serve up to standard. For drinks or salads that were included with the meal we had to ask several times. Even when we asked for the water the lady brought a quarter full of jug from another table with one glass only and we were around 10 people.

The one thing that pissed us all mostly that the way that lady was serving with a grumpy face no manners.

When we addressed that to the manager or the owner not sure who was that but he justified her by saying she was new hire.

We tried verity of foods the taste was hardly ok but seemed a little overpriced for the quality. I was specially looking to try their gurer chaa but a friend already tried before I reached and didn’t recommend at all. So went for desi chai but that also tasted salty 🤢

Not too sure if it was our bad luck or their but wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. We all tried different items and nobody was fully satisfied.

I’m feeling really bad for taking about the foods like this but in London where there’s so much competition they’d definitely need improve their food quality and services.

From my experience can’t recommend sorry!

An Exceptional Experience at Cafe Adda!

I have been a regular customer of Green Street, Cafe Adda, frequently ordering through Uber Eats for myself, my housemate, and my family. Every single time, this place has delivered consistent, delicious food. My absolute favorite Bengali dishes from their menu are the Murugh Pulao, Chicken Roast, and their divine Egg Pudding for dessert. They never disappoint!

Yesterday, I finally had the chance to visit Cafe Adda in person with a friend, and the experience exceeded all expectations! We ordered Fuchka, Cappuccino, and of course, my beloved Murugh Pulao. To my surprise and delight, not only was the food portion generous, but they also served me two Chicken Roasts, which absolutely made my day!

The service was exceptional as well. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place that consistently excels in both delivery and dine-in service, but Cafe Adda does just that.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Bengali cuisine, and I will definitely be bringing more friends here in the future. Cafe Adda, you’ve earned a loyal customer for...

Visited Cafe Adda with two friends and had an amazing experience! We tried their ghur tea, piyaji, and shahi kebab for starters — all delicious. For mains, we had haleem with paratha, chicken tikka biryani, and the bortha platter with rice. The portions were generous, perfect for sharing, and everything was full of flavour. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
