Arcadia Lounge Bar & Club — Restaurant in London

I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service as I did at Arcadia Nightclub. I went to a private party and the bar staff have absolutely no respect for customers and act like they’re doing you a favor by even acknowledging your existence. From the moment we approached the bar, they were rolling their eyes, huffing, and acting like serving drinks was the most inconvenient thing in the world. When she could see us waiting the bar staff then began dancing and laughing with each other blatantly ignoring all customers waiting?

One bartender in particular had the worst attitude—completely dismissive, throwing drinks down without a word, and visibly annoyed when we asked simple questions about the menu. When I politely asked for a specific mixer, she sighed dramatically, turned to her colleague, and muttered something under her breath while laughing—right in front of me! Another bartender flat-out ignored people who had been waiting.

When we finally got served, the drinks were overpriced and badly made. When we asked for a missing garnish, the bartender snapped, “You’ve got what you ordered, what else do you want?” with a nasty smirk. The sheer arrogance and lack of basic manners were shocking. We then ordered tequila shots, which we all know included salt & lime. This was not given and when we politely asked the box of lime was thrown at me on the side?

The whole experience left a bad taste, and honestly, I would never return. I was not the only person who experienced this as unfortunately it seemed to be the only thing everyone was mentioning at the poor girls party. There are plenty of other clubs where the staff actually appreciate their customers instead of treating them like an inconvenience. If you want a fun night out without being disrespected, avoid this place...

I hired the middle Bar at Arcadia for my 40th Birthday this weekend just gone 07.06.25 and I have to say it was absoultly brilliant (But I knew it would be) I have loved this bar/club all through my partying life and I wanted what my taste of a "proper British night out" up the Heath to celebrate and from start to finish through the hiring process to the last song and tidy up on the actual night the whole Arcadia Team was amazing and couldnt do enough for us!! All my party guest said how much fun they had, how great the venue was, DJ was Banging and played everyones requests and drinks flowed all night. Will no doubt be back on a saturday night in the future and would defo hire for another big bash too. Thank you so much as a party queen who loves a great night out I had the best time...

Had my wife's birthday party there, in the Penthouse room. Absolute great venue for the party, with a great DJ, DJ Dizzy. Played all the tunes on our given players. Bar staff were absolutely fantastic, happy and attentive. Martin, the owner came to check all was good. Over the time from booking (December) to function (June) we were kept in touch with and invited to attend the club during the week. There are no stars for the food as we supplied our own. Martin was a fabulous host and would recommend this venue for events. The door staff were friendly and very professional, giving us a peace of mind (and no gatecrashers) Highly recommended and a big, big thank you to Martin and his staff for a fantastic, one to remember, birthday party....
