I can only admire the courage of terry the owner there who I spoke to in depth in a quiet moment . He has put his heart and soul into this business venture, to feed the locals and journeymen like me who come from far and wide to sample this London dish which if we are not careful , will decline in numbers like the London pub . Very good quality pies, good liquor but the outstanding thing was the mash - the best texture and taste that I’ve had in a Pie & Mash Shop and I’ve visited many. The pie was all inviting East end , kinda saying happy new year mate! The liquor was all mellow. The environment was all home. Terry and crew ,walaaaa. Terry thank you for the home environment. Please try this hide out. Theis type of dinning with real personality is rare.
