Upper Crust ExCeL — Restaurant in London

Love this place. Their baguettes are awesome. I however have to knock off a star due to availability, as they are rarely open. According to Google Maps they are open 7 to 19, but that's definitely not the case. When I got to the area on Wednesday at 17 and went there, it was closed. Even now, as I write this review on Saturday at 18, and almost every other restaurant in ExCeL are open since there are thousands of people here, the Upper Crust was unfortunately closed. We were collecting a magic bag from the store at around 430pm on Friday 31st March. The staff were very rude and dismissive. I am not sure if it was because we were collecting a magic bag or because this is the usual standard of service but it was very unpleasant and I won't be going there again unless this improves significantly.

The staff responsible were 1 woman and 1 man I do not have their names.

The coffee was ridiculouslly hot. To the point that it literally melted the lids on the cups so they deformed and fell off. And it also melted the glue on the cardboard holders which made the cups impossible to hold. And it also melted the cups themselves so that they started leaking coffee from the bottom and essentially disentigrated as we were walking around.
