Held a high profile fundraising event on March 2018. It was a great success thanks to the extraordinary work of the very professional staff who made a perfect job to cater for all our needs and requirements, took very good care of our guests and contributed to a very successful evening. The room looked impressive, the food was delicious and the portions very generous, and we got a very good value for money package, best deal in Newham for an event like this. Also very good connected as DLR is just on the doorstep and big parking in the premises. I would definitely organise another event there again, they have won my trust...

We came in for dinner on a Saturday afternoon in Feb 2020 after visiting the Excel centre. The Staff and service where amazing. Do NOT rate this pub from the appearance outside. The food was hot and tasty. The staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming or friendly, I truly believe this pub is not given the credit it deserves. A massive thank you to Abass and Sophia you are both a credit to this pub and we would definitely come back. The cleanliness of the pub was also exemplary the toilet also get 5 stars for cleanliness too. The pub also had a lovely fire burning too.

Needed to grab some food after checking into our hotel. Everything around the Excel centre was closed or really quiet at the time. However we saw some reviews on The Custom House Pub and thought we’d give it a try. On arrival it was also pretty quiet and a little tired looking.
