Let me preface this by saying I'm a total gym rat, and finding healthy, delicious food late at night can be a struggle. But let me tell you, this particular branch of BBQ Express has become my new late-night savior! They also allow you to eat in!

It's incredibly tender and juicy, regardless of what you choose - and believe me, I now come multiple times and I've tried almost everything on their amazingly diverse menu. Even at 3 am, the selection is fantastic, offering a variety of protein options to satisfy any craving.

Speaking of the menu, it's truly a feast for the eyes. They have something for everyone, whether you're a hardcore carnivore like me, or looking for lighter, healthier options.

But what truly elevates this branch is the staff. They're incredibly friendly and helpful, even at those late hours. They're always patient with my indecisiveness (trust me, it's hard to choose with so many delicious options!), and always make sure I have everything I need. Ali always provides well!

Now, let's talk about the most surprising aspect: the prices. Considering the quality of the food and the late-night convenience, their prices are incredibly reasonable. I can fuel my workouts without breaking the bank, which is a major win in my book.

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Food Poisoning I recently visited BBQ Express with high hopes for a delicious meal. However, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing, particularly due to the quality of the pizza and the subsequent food poisoning that I suffered.

The pizza I ordered was far from satisfactory. The crust was limp and undercooked, leaving an unpleasant texture, while the toppings lacked flavor and seemed poorly assembled. The overall taste was subpar, to say the least. It is evident that little effort was put into ensuring a quality pizza.

Regrettably, my distress didn't end there. Shortly after consuming the pizza, I started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. This unfortunate incident left me feeling extremely unwell and ruined my day. Such a blatant disregard for food safety is absolutely unacceptable.

I found the overall service at BBQ Express to be underwhelming as well. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked attentiveness, failing to handle the situation appropriately when I shared my concerns about both the taste of the pizza and my subsequent ailment.

Needless to say, I would strongly discourage patrons from visiting BBQ Express. This establishment needs to seriously reevaluate its commitment to providing quality food and ensuring customer safety. Honestly they are not clean in this store!!

No welcoming when I went in there. Lack of customer service with no knowledge of the menu.

Don't wash hands, hair nets are not worn or aprons. Salad bar is not covered properly so lots of fruit fly's.

I came last night, had to ask for fresh salad & bun. The man took the salad off then said what sauce's, after the old salad being left out he had a cheek then not getting a new bun to just carry on. No gloves were worn yet alone he wasn't wearing uniform.

Me & my partner have a bad stomach right now (food poisening) probably didn't defrost the burgers correctly or more like cross contamination can cause this.

Delivery drivers walking near food area and hanging around like its ok. Man had a cig outside then came in got the tongs and put our food in the buns whilst being on the phone.

Personally I wouldn't order from here again. I can see why it's dead!

If only delivery customers saw the standards in here, trust me they wouldn't think twice.
