Shapla Peri Peri — Restaurant in London

Went here for lunch and ordered over £30 worth of food as we was in the area and didn't have much time so we chanced it and went in. The owner was outside and seemed quite friendly so i asked if the chicken would be cooked fresh or atlest hot before ordering to which he insisted that it will be. After a 10 minute wait appetite was growing and I couldn't wait to eat. I asked for him to pack it up for takeaway as we was working across the road and had ordered lunch for staff. We get inside and yes you guessed it they still served us cold stale chicken burgers and dry inedible chicken wings. The chips were hot but at best mediocre with very little potato inside. Highly dissapoined - the audacity of these people. Definitely not worth trying. Save your money even if ur starving and on a budget. Just trust me....

I always try not to waste food. However, I could not finish my meal from this place. I ordered 4 pieces of chicken which were not cooked properly and had a strange odur. Fair to say after my first chicken piece I refused to eat anymore of the pieces. I also ordered the fillet burger, sadly that had plastic inside of it. Despite this, I shrugged it off and went in for a bite but only tasted the bread bun and mayonnaise, the chicken to bun ratio was ridiculous- almost non existent. I wanted to give this place a fair review after seeing mixed reviews online, it's fair to say that this place may not be safe to eat, at least from my experience....

I recently came in here with a family member to get food and was not happy with the overall service. I requested grilled strips and almost ended up with something completely different to what I ordered therefore I had to cancel my order and get my money back. I had concerns regarding hygiene as the workers weren't changing gloves and were handling too many food/various items without regular hand-washing.

Also, when I requested for my money back, I was asked about card payment when I paid in cash. It was clear then that there wasn't much of a focus in customer service. I...
