Best Mangal — Restaurant in London

used to be the best kebab shop in the game. randomly in 2022 something about the food tasted off so i started going less and less, I went back for the first time today and it was the worst ever experience food and service i’ve gotten.

The shop is disgustingly nasty the workers use there hands on all food and put it right back the salad is days old and the sauce is days old (garlic and hot sauce)

The workers: today they tried to charge me £3 extra because i wanted salad in a separate box than with my chips.. they proceeded to shout at me and tell me to never come back to there shop so i left without paying for the food 🙂

the food itself: the kebab was very cold and it had hard lumps in it as i was chewing it tasted very stale and hard. the chips tasted uncooked and too soft

I visited this restaurant and ordered a chicken doner with chips for £9. When the staff placed the chips in the box, I asked if they could put the chicken doner not on top of the chips but in a separate box to prevent the chicken falling out of the box.The man rudely informed me that it would cost an extra £3. £3 for the chips and £9 for the donner, just because i asked to put food in the separate boxes.

I explained that I was not asking for extra food, just a separate box. Despite this, both staff members were visibly annoyed and mumbled under their breath. To top it off, when I paid £10 for the meal, they did not give me my £1 change and kept the money.

Went there as I was staying in the hospital. Food was terrible, should've known with the lack of customers (I was the only one!)

The donner was meant to be in strips but the man cutting it was struggling, so it became shredded. The donner was rubbery, which is what usually happens when it goes cold. The garlic and chilli were bland, and I barely got any so asked for a top up, they charge £1 extra!

All in I paid £10.50 for a lamb donner and a can of coke (they "graciously" waved the £1 charge for a mediocre sauce top up.
