I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Lucy! I am a Muslim who wears the hijab, so I was initially afraid that men might pop in and out whilst I was getting my hair done but honestly Lucy was so accommodating I can’t thank her enough! She took me downstairs in a secluded area and put screens up so I was completely shielded and she made sure no men came downstairs. I felt so comfortable and reassured. I’ve had my hair done before at another salon as well as having box dye previously, therefore because of this I had complications with my hair, but Lucy went above and beyond to make sure i could get the colour I desired, it was exactly how I wanted, I was speechless. My hair was very long and I wanted to keep the length and she did just that, she gave my hair dimension and made it look SO healthy. It feels so silky and lightweight. I couldn’t recognise myself, I felt like a new person. She was so sweet, bubbly and made me feel at ease the whole time, and she was very patient despite how difficult my hair was being. Kemeisha brought my curly hair back to life, I came in with damaged tresses and it took her a minute to know what my hair needed. she is so knowledgeable, she did a rebonding shampoo and followed it up with a hydrating shampoo, I didn't even know that was an option. My hair after felt so strong and soft, she could of skipped conditioner and I would of been none the wiser. she is so warm and funny, I felt at ease as I do get a bit anxious but all that went away. We swapped stories, laughing. She had another client come after, as I waited for my flexi-rod set to dry under the hooded dryer. But she kept coming over, checking up on me, refilling my water. Kemeisha is absolutely brilliant at what she does, she has a learner' mindset, adapting to your hair's needs. My curls looked beautiful after, it was defined, bouncy, thick looking (I have quite fine hair). I felt radiant and positive walking out, hair is truly the crown on our heads and Kemeisha treats it as such. I found a new hairdresser yay! Only took half of my life lol. I had the absolute best experience at this salon getting my balayage done! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and I felt completely looked after. Erin and Reece were incredible—so friendly, professional, and clearly masters of their craft.

I came in with a specific idea for my colour, and Erin was so thoughtful in talking it through with me. She explained what would work best for my hair and did everything she could to bring my vision to life—even if it turned out slightly different than what I’d originally had in mind. In the end, I actually loved it more than what I’d imagined. The balayage was soft, seamless, and so flattering.

Reece took care of my haircut and absolutely nailed it. He listened to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and gave me a cut that felt fresh, light, and really brought the whole look together.
