Bombay Chowpatty — Restaurant in London

Before they provide very good services but now they started stingy things and even increase prices because they think now there things start selling. There bombay sandwich before is very tasty but now it taste like hell it’s very tasteless even they don't cut veggies properly just put onions long long just doing formality nothing with efforts and even before they sell it in £3.50 and even provide sauce and mithi chutney both due to which it was taste nice but now they are not provide it and even increase bombay sandwich to £4.00 but don't give good quality and not even provide all things like tissues and spoons. Only a girl kajal give good service otherwise all other staff argue for even small things even if you order pani puri and don’t like spicy water and ask for extra mithi chutney then they argue that water is very nice no need for it instead even on carts methi chutney and mitha pani provided but they to stinky things in everything and I suggest if they don’t want to run this shop then close it instead of taking extra money and not providing needed things. Even the bences are very sticky and limited space so i hope they improve there service as it was before otherwise people not gone go to eat more if they don’t leave this stingy things. I know when the see my review they will think like ww have alot of customers we don’t need to worry but before i was also like to be there customer but now recommend less so this will happen slowly customer come and started gone slowly because nothing is permanent...

Don’t buy anything from this shop. Worst food... worst behaviour. I ordered Vada pav, samosa and aloo chat. They gave sweet bun instead of Pav. They gave same vada instead of aloo tiki in aloo chat. When I called them, they said we make like that only instead of apology. You are in London that doesn’t mean you will sell anything in the name of Indian food and make people fool. Remember you are charging good amount and not giving it food for free. So, either mention all these in your menu that you can change ingredients according to your convenience and also mention customer, you buy vada pav or aloo chat, you will get same taste. Because we don’t know how to make the authentic dishes but have opened shop to make fool everyone on higher rate. Shame on you and learn to apology...

Lovely chaats freshly made aloo papdi chaat homemade chutneys made with love!! Authentic street food you can actually taste the spices a must try. I’ve now edited this review as they have gone downhill since I last had them. I thought maybe it was an off day but after trying it a couple times more they quality has grown bad, it’s not as fresh tastes stale . And the sauces have changed slighty not so much kaata meeta, sweet and sour from the tamarind that we was once looking for isn’t there and the chutney wasn’t as spicy as usual.(didn’t taste fresh at all and I’m quite disappointed… I really did like them but...
