Bonito Cafe — Restaurant in London

Not a clean cafe! My husband and I were looking forward to eating lunch here yesterday. We walked in and found a table at the back. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay at this table for very long as there was a really strong smell of garbage coming from somewhere. We moved to a table near the front of the cafe near the door where there was fresh air and the smell was less noticeable. That was when we noticed that the floor was covered in bits of food and dirt. We decided to just ignore that and order our food. Our freshly squeezed juices were great and our sandwiches were average but both were very hard to enjoy because of the flies that we had to constantly keep swatting away! Overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and we definitely won't be returning anytime soon! Shame because if they spent some time cleaning and making the place more hygienic it would be a great little...

This cafe used to be known as Palmers. It was a great, clean place to stop off for a nice fresh roll with fresh ingredients at a good price. I have not been here since this original cafe was sold, what a huge change there has been. This place is like a kids kindergarten. Cluttered with pushchairs and screaming kids. These mothers hog the main seats drinking one hot drink, hardly spending money but dominating the cafe. The roll was not fresh with stale lettuce swimming in a yucky vinegar eye. No flavour. Salad is a mixture not just lettuce. This is what I received. It was tasteless and vile. I will not return. This place is not clean with many uncleared dirty tables and food debris on the filthy floor. There are better places to eat here and this place is not up to scratch for the returning customers who are used to the previous owners higher standards. Simply not...

One of the staff working there she always has lashes on and her attitude is so bad like everytime I come to eat in there she always give bad attitude and not acting professionally at all especially today went this morning with my friends and order a large black coffee and she gave me a small black coffee and I let her know in a very nice way like hello excuse me I order a large black coffee and she has the audacity to be rude and say "you didn't say you want a large black coffee" and walked away. Everytime she always give me and my family bad attitude and everytime we order she doesn't even listen to us ordering and when she give us the wrong order she will say we didn't say we want the order like what ???
