The presentation was fantastic, with the waffles arranged nicely on the plate and the toppings neatly spread out. I even requested the staff to write the names and a greeting on the plate, and they obliged with a warm smile.

The waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing the perfect texture for a waffle. The strawberries were fresh and bursting with flavor, adding a sweet and tangy touch to the waffles. The chocolate was velvety smooth, and the combination of the two fillings was simply divine. I was impressed by the generous amount of filling, as some restaurants skimp on the toppings, but this place definitely did not.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend the delicious waffles. The combination of the fresh fruit, rich chocolate, and crispy waffles is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. I visited here today and was so disappointed. Ordered cookie dough and a waffle - totally sub standard and not worth the money we paid.

We sat at our table and were beckoned from the counter to collect our order even though this is a sit in restaurant and no signage anywhere indicating this is a self service restaurant.

One of the staff had an issue with her behaviour and was constantly staring in an aggressive manner - not sure what her problem was.

Cookie dough arrived within 2 mins the quickest time I’ve ever received a cookie dough in any dessert joint and this was made from pre cooked mixture . This was awful and dry. Waffle was underdone- rushed out and not worth the cost either.

One of the male staff did come and ask about our experience and feed back was given to him.

As said already by the looks of things by so so many other customers compared to the service we received previously to how most of the staff are now is shocking!! VERY RUDE UNINTERESTED IN ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WOULD THEY RECOMMEND.
