Have returned here several times since my first visit (see first visit below) and it's consistently good, so now would like to give 4 stars, well done Enfield Tandoori! Keep up the good food and service......it's rare to find these days! Very good First time here for dinner and it's a Tuesday. Was a little apprehensive at first however after deliberately ordering the most basic of dishes on the menu (chicken tika curry no masala veg curry and boiled rice) in order to test I have to say that I was very pleasantly shocked the food, service, decor and ambience 7/10 and that's quite high for me as I eat out all the time. There’s a lot of good reviews on here for these. All I can say is that those who’ve waxed lyrical about this place are in for an absolute treat when they stumble across an actual good Indian takeout or even an average one for that matter !!!! I had A meagre portion in size with small pieces of Chicken Tikka Dhansak, very watery and on the soupy side but no problem.. it was largely tasteless, so no appetite for a proper size serving anyway. Rice was ok, sagg aloo was bland, keema naan was limp and sweaty. Can’t fault the service though and they do have a 5 star...

Tried calling and the gentleman on the phone was really curt when I asked him to help guide us through what’s recommended on the menu. He told me to decide myself and call back. I did literally five minutes later and he told me they were closed, although the site said they were opened. As a patient of cancer going through chemo I have a rare appetite and find it difficult to get hungry so I am deeply disappointed by the way the gentleman on the phone talked to me and dismissed our order.
