I want to apologise to the young woman that served me this afternoon at 3:30pm. I didn't realise it was a crime to be a customer and to order via the TGTG in order to reduce food waste. Thanks for ignoring me when i came in even though you knew i was there waiting. It was certainly more important to count the day's coin takings than serve me. You also ignore the 2 other black women that came in and asked you if the store was still open. You eventually responded when they asked you again before deciding to serve me. Even though you told me to tap the slide on my phone to show I have collected which i did immediately, you still barked 'show me' at me when you handed over the packets of food (insinuating that I hadn't tap collected in order to claim a refund or collect another bag????) Seriously? I wanted to ask you 'who do you think you are talking to' before deciding you were not worth it. You need unconscious bias training and good customer service training as you clearly lack any manners. To the owner of the store, the pastries, cakes and sandwiches are great and I really enjoyed them but i detest poor customer service hence the 1 star so I won't be back. Frauds! Nearly 2/3 I have visited this store and each time I have been overcharged than what I should have paid! Also, to dine in and eat it's a separate price! Its ridiculous because it's not advertised anywhere that the prices are different to eat in rather than take away. Initially I had asked the price of the food and after I finished eating they had charged me completely different prices! Nowhere in the shop is a menu showing prices and cost to eat in. Previously, I was short changed. My University friend also was over charged! Absolute fraudulent behaviour by the staff. I am a regular customer for 7 years we spend between 10 and 15 pounds a day from Monday to Friday For over 7 years, many girls of Polish origin, always young, have worked, some of whom are educated and others terribly rude, unprofessional, all of them complain about not having a contract. they are all angry blaming the customer (so it seems) they put when we just want to buy their delicious product they speak their language they make you feel like a rat! they skip your turn in the rudest way awful ! something good to say Robert the only man in the shop and the only worker I will continue to enter the store as long as Robert is in charge and saving...
