I Went here with my daughter, my daughter was trying to order a drink on the Touchscreen, She was having trouble and there were three members of staff chatting among themselves, my daughter said excuse me ,to which she had a reply, yeah ,this was in such a rude manner that me and my daughter just stared at each other in shock, to be continued with the staff rolling their eyes that we had asked to be served. The customer service was so disgusting. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life.I asked for her name,she asked why I needed that , I told her that her customer service skills were awful as she continued giving us the most rudest looks,she said her name was Nicole,not sure if she was telling the truth ,but the other two staff was staring and all rolling their eyes, as I addressed how discussing the customer service was . Visited today for couple of boost drinks. This is not my first time, but everytime I visit I don’t see them employees happy or smiling. They always have a dead resting face. There is no upselling or asking if we need anything else, or any kind of suggestions. They don’t even greet, just stand at the till. Some are busy on their phone. I asked for a drink in kids size cup and he said that drink doesn’t come in that size. So then tell me what drinks I can order!!! Coz it’s clearly not mentioned what drinks a kid can have. I was feeling under the weather so decided to get a boost juice. Shannon who served me recommended the Ginger tonic she expressed that this would help build up my immune system and she also recommended the 2 & 5 juice (I really enjoyed the fusions of flavours) She even explained all the fruits and veg it contained which I thought was super helpful.
